5 - 1 主要工作模式 The Main Operation Mode 1.1 工作模式 The Operation Mode CTCS-3級(jí)列控車載 功能 (含 CTCS-2級(jí)功能) 共有 9種工作模式,其中通用的模式有 完全監(jiān)控模式 (FS)、調(diào)車模式( SH)、引導(dǎo)模式( OS)、目視行車模式 (OS)、隔離模式 (IS)、待機(jī)模式 (SB)和 休眠模式( SL)等 7種 模式 。 僅適用于 CTCS-2級(jí)的模式有 部分監(jiān)控模式 (PS)和機(jī)車信號(hào)模式( CS) 。 The train control onboard functionality for CTCS-3 ( including functions of CTCS-2) mainly consists of the 9 operation modes.Among them, 7 modes belong to general modes, such as full supervision mode (FS), shunting mode (SH), On-sight mode( OS) , staff responsible mode (OS), isolation mode (IS), standby mode (SB), and sleeping mode (SL). Partial supervision mode (PS) and cab signal mode (CS) are only applied to CTCS-2. 1.1.1 完全監(jiān)控模式( FS) Full Supervision Mode (FS) 當(dāng)車載設(shè)備具備列控所需的全部基本數(shù)據(jù) (包括列車數(shù)據(jù)、行車許可和線路數(shù)據(jù)) 時(shí),列控車載設(shè)備生成目標(biāo)距離 連續(xù)速度控制 模式曲線,并能通過 DMI顯示列車運(yùn)行速度、允 許速度、目標(biāo)速度和目標(biāo)距離等,監(jiān)控列車安全運(yùn)行。 When all the basic data required by train control are available for the onboard equipment(including train data,MA and track data), the onboard equipment will generate a target distance continuous speed control profile; Meanwhile its able to supervise the safety of train operation by displaying the train speed, the permitted speed, the target speed and the target distance on DMI. 1.1.2 部分監(jiān)控模式( PS) Partial Supervision Mode (PS) 該模式僅用于 CTCS-2級(jí)控車。 在 CTCS-2級(jí) ,當(dāng)車載設(shè)備 接收到軌道電路允許行車信息,線路數(shù)據(jù)缺損時(shí),列控車載設(shè)備產(chǎn)生一定范 圍內(nèi)的固定限制速度,監(jiān)控列車運(yùn)行。 This mode is only applied to CTCS-2. When it operates in CTCS-2 and onboard equipment is CTCS-3 級(jí)列控系統(tǒng)運(yùn)營需求 - 6 - able to receive the information of train operation permission from track circuit, but there is a lack of line data from the balises, then the onboard equipment will supervise the safety of train operation by generating a fixed speed restriction within a certain scope. 1.1.3 調(diào)車模式 (SH) Shunting Mode (SH) 進(jìn)行調(diào)車作業(yè)時(shí),司機(jī)按壓調(diào)車按鈕, 列控 車載設(shè)備 按固定限制速度 40km/h(頂棚),監(jiān)控列車前進(jìn) 或 折返運(yùn)行。 When the shunting operation is implemented, the driver will press the shunting button, and the onboard equipment will supervise forward and backward train movements according to the fixed speed restriction of 40km/h (ceiling speed). 當(dāng)工作在 CTCS-3級(jí)下, 經(jīng) RBC同意,列控車載設(shè)備 轉(zhuǎn)入調(diào)車模式后與 RBC斷開連接,退出調(diào)車模式后重新 與 RBC進(jìn)行連接。 When in CTCS-3, after shunting mode is turned to with the permission of RBC, the train control onboard equipment will close the communication session with RBC, and it will attempt to connect with RBC again after exiting the shunting mode. 1.1.4 引導(dǎo)模式 (OS) On-sightMode (OS) 引導(dǎo)信號(hào) 開放或出站信號(hào)開放且列車前端距離出站信號(hào)機(jī)較遠(yuǎn)(大于 250米)發(fā)車時(shí),列控 車載設(shè)備生成目標(biāo)距離 連續(xù) 速度 控制模式 曲線,并通過 DMI顯示列車運(yùn)行速度 、 當(dāng)司機(jī)請(qǐng)求時(shí)也顯示 允許速度 、目標(biāo)速度和目標(biāo)距離等,車載設(shè)備按固定限制速度 40km/h監(jiān)控列車運(yùn)行,司機(jī)負(fù)責(zé)在列車運(yùn)行時(shí)檢查軌道占用情況。 When the calling-on signal or starting signal is cleared and the train departs with its train rather far away (more than 250m) from the starting signal,the tain control onboard equipment will generate a target distance continuous speed control profile and display the train speed, and on request from the driver also the permitted speed,target speed and target distance, etc. on DMI. The onboard equipment will supervise the train operation according to fixed speed restriction of 40km/h. The driver is responsible for checking the track occupancy during train operation. 1.1.5 目視行車模式 (OS) Staff Responsible Mode(OS) 地面設(shè)備故障、 列控車載設(shè)備顯示禁止信號(hào) 且 列車停車后需繼續(xù)運(yùn)行時(shí),根據(jù)行車管理CTCS-3 級(jí)列控系統(tǒng)運(yùn)營需求 - 7 - 辦法,經(jīng)司機(jī)操作,列控車載設(shè)備按固定限制速度 40km/h監(jiān)控列車運(yùn)行 , 列車 每 運(yùn)行 一定距離( 300米)或一定時(shí)間( 60秒 )司機(jī)需確認(rèn)一次 。 If wayside equipment fails,the onboard equipment displays forbidden signal and the train needs to be operated again after it stops, according to Administration Measures on Train Operation,the onboard equipment will supervise the train operation with a fixed speed restriction of 40km/h with operation by the driver. The driver needs to acknowledge it once the train runs a certain distance (300m) or a certain time (60s). 1.1.6 待機(jī)模式 (SB) Standby Mode (SB) 列控車載設(shè)備被上電 后 ,執(zhí)行自檢和 外部 設(shè)備測試正確后自動(dòng)處于待機(jī)模式, 車載 設(shè)備禁止 列車移動(dòng)。 After the onboard equipment is powered, it will be in standby mode automatically after self-inspection is executed and the system equipment is tested as normal, meanwhile the onboard equipment will not allow the train to move. 當(dāng)司機(jī)開啟駕駛臺(tái)時(shí),列控車載設(shè)備中 DMI投入正常工作。 After a driver opens the driving console, the DMI of the onboard equipment will be switched to normal operating status. 1.1.7 隔離模式 (IS) Isolation Mode (IS) 列控車載設(shè)備停用時(shí),需在停車情況下,經(jīng)操作隔離列控車載設(shè)備的制 動(dòng)功能。在該模式下,車載設(shè)備不 具備 安全監(jiān)控功能。列控車載設(shè)備應(yīng)能夠監(jiān)測隔離開關(guān)狀態(tài)。 When the train control onboard equipment is out of use, the braking function of the onboard equipment is isolated by the operations with the standstill of the train. Under this mode, the onboard equipment is not provided with safety supervision function. The onboard equipment shall be able to monitor the status of isolation switch. 1.1.8 機(jī)車信號(hào)模式( CS) Cab Signal Mode (CS) 該 模式 僅用于 CTCS-2級(jí) 控車 。 列車運(yùn)行到地面 設(shè)備配置未裝備 CTCS-3/CTCS-2列控系統(tǒng)的區(qū)段,根據(jù)行車管理辦法(含調(diào)度命令),經(jīng)司機(jī)操作后,列控車載設(shè)備 按 固定限制速度CTCS-3 級(jí)列控系統(tǒng)運(yùn)營需求 - 8 - 80km/h監(jiān)控列車運(yùn)行 ,并顯 示機(jī)車信號(hào) 。 Cab signal mode is provided in CTCS-2. When the train moves to the sections where the wayside equipment is without CTCS-3/CTCS-2 train control system, according to Administration Measures on Train Operation(including dispatching order),the onboard equipment will supervise the train operation with a fixed speed restriction of 80km/h with operation by the driver and display the cab signal. 列車越過禁止信號(hào)時(shí)觸發(fā)緊急制動(dòng)。 When the train passes the forbidden signal, the emergency brake will be triggered. 1.1.9 休眠模式( SL) Sleeping Mode (SL) 該模式用于 非本務(wù)端 列控 車載設(shè)備 。在該模式下,列控 車載設(shè)備 仍 執(zhí)行列車定位、測速測距、 記錄 級(jí)間轉(zhuǎn)換 及 RBC切換信息 等功能。 Sleeping mode is applied to the train control onboard equipment in the inactive cab.In this mode, the onboard equipment can still implements the functions such as train positioning, speed & distance measurement and recording information of level transition and RBC transition. 立折升為本務(wù)端后,車載設(shè)備可自動(dòng)進(jìn)入正常工作狀態(tài)。 After the train performs the return operation, this inactive cab will become active cab, and then the onboard equipment will enter normal operation status automatically.
