5、cated at the southern area of Bohai Bay,including the principal part field, the west block and the north block of BZ34-1 oil field. The east longitude ofoil field is from 11927 to 11937 and the north latitude of oil field is 3806 to3810 .The oil field is adjacent with BZ34-2/4 oil field in south, ap
6、proximately 90 kmsoutheast from Longkou Shandong, 35km northwest from BZ25-1 oil field and 22km northeast from BZ28-2s oil and gas field. The mean water depth in this area is about20.5 m and the temperature in this area is from -17.2 to 34.6.The scope of work for this project includes as below: Two

20、el construction. Material for head cap assembly shall be corrosion resistant, hose couplings shall be of stainless steel. All carrying and operating handle shall be pistol-grip design made of stainless steel. Springs and moving parts shall be of stainless steel. All indoor portable extinguishers sho
21、uld be provided with mounting brackets. All outdoor portable extinguishers should be installed inside weather proof cabinet. All outdoor wheeled extinguishers should be equipped with waterproof canvas coat.Nameplates on each extinguisher shall identify fire rating, class of fire, usage and storage t
22、emperature, approved standard, operating instructions, agent identification and capacity. All instructions shall be in Chinese and English. Stick on labels shall be unacceptable.Extinguishers shall be of an approved type color red (red RAL3000). The paint finishing shall be marine suitable for a hum
23、id, salt laden and corrosive atmosphere.All wheeled fire extinguisher units shall have two wheels (non-sparking) and necessary assembly for transport and to support the extinguisher upright. The extinguisher shall be of a slim line profile suitable for ease of maneuvering down any secondary walkway.
24、Chemical fill date shall be less than three (3) months prior to shipment. Pressure containing component shall not be older than six (6) months prior to shipment.All dry chemical fire extinguishers and foam extinguishers shall be of the “stored pressure” type (propellant by N2) and provided with a pr
25、essure relief device to relieve internal pressure with care of unusually high ambient temperatures. Each extinguisher shall have a pressure gauge of stainless steel type fitted with dial showing pressure (green/red sector markings; green to indicate a safe and fit operating and red to indicate insuf
26、ficient pressure), and indicator showing amount left in the cylinder.All carbon dioxide extinguishers should be complete with brass operating head, handle, hose and directional discharge horn, locking ring pin, and over pressure protective device as minimum.Each fire extinguisher shall be fitted wit
27、h a device to prevent inadvertent operation (temper protector). This shall be constructed so that any attempt to discharge the extinguisher with the device in operation will not impair subsequent operation of the extinguisher.3.1.2PORTABLE DRY CHEMICAL EXTINGUISHERFire Agent: Sodium bicarbonate or P

35、man equipment3.3SAFETY SHOWER/EYE WASH UNITS3.3.1GENERALThe safety shower/eye wash units shall be a combination unit, the safety shower and eye washer shall operate individually and simultaneously. It shall be designed according to ANSI Z358.1 and shall be UL listed/FM approval or equivalent.The saf
36、ety shower/eye wash units shall be located no more than 10 meters at the same level from the hazard area where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to corrosive materials, and shall be easily installed in the platform.Safety shower and eyewash units shall have insulation with heat tracing,
37、the suitable temperature range is 16-38.The capacity of the portable water shall ensure the safety shower/eye wash units minimum 15 min usage with safety shower and eye wash units operated simultaneously, and also the 207 KPaG water pressure shall be ensured at the inlet of safety shower and eye was
38、her.A block ball valve shall be installed in the portable water supply line near the safety shower and eye wash unit for maintenance purposes. The valve shall be locked open during normal operation.An automatic pressure compensation flow control devices shall be provided to ensure that a controlled
39、flow of flushing fluid is provided at a velocity low enough to be non- injurious to the user.Strainers shall be provided for safety shower and eyewashes units, the strainer shall be sized less than 50% of the water outlet hole of shower head and/or eyewash head.The area where eye/face wash station l
40、ocated shall supply adequate drainage to a safe area. Operating instructions nameplate should be provided neared the safety shower /eye washer unit.3.3.2PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR SAFETY SHOWERThe safety shower shall be capable of delivering flushing fluid at a minimum flowrate of 75.7 liters per
41、minute.The safety shower shall provide a flushing fluid column that is at least 208.3 cm and not more than 243.8 cm in height from the surface on which the user standards.The spray pattern shall have a minimum diameter of 50.8 cm at height of 152.4 cmSPECIFICATION FOR AUXILIARY FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPME

The flushing fluid shall be substantially dispersed throughout the patter
43、n.The control valve of safety shower shall remain open without the use of the operators hands until intentionally closed. The control valve shall be easy to locate and readily accessible to the user. Valve actuators shall be located not more than 173.3 cm above the level on which the user stands. Af
44、ter the control valve fully open, the design flowrate should be achieved within 5 seconds.3.3.3PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR EYE WASH UNITThe eye washer shall be capable of delivering flushing fluid to the eyes not less than1.5 liters per minute.The eye washer shall be designed to provide enough room
45、 to allow the eyelids to be held open with the hands while the eyes are in the flushing fluid stream.The eye washer shall provide flushing fluid to both eyes simultaneously. A test gauge for making determination of a suitable eyewash pattern shall be a minimum 10.16 cm in length with two sets of par
46、allel lines equidistant from the center. The interior set of lines shall be 3.18 cm apart and the areas between the interior and exterior lines of the gauge at some point shall be less than 20.3 cm above the eye washer nozzle(s).The control valve of eye washer shall remain open without the use of th
47、e operators hands until intentionally closed. The valve shall be simple to operate and shall go from off to on in 1 second or less. The valve shall be easy to locate and readily accessible to the user.Dust cover shall be provided to protect spray heads from airborne contaminants. And it shall be rel

50、l station will be provided on the platform.Each fire hose reel station shall be easily installed on the platform and location of the fire hose reel station shall be ensured easily operation.Each hose reel station shall be provided with a quick removal, weather proof, and UV resistant cover.Each fire
51、 hose reel station shall be designed easily and efficiency operation.All hose and spray nozzle fittings shall be brass with chrome plating and NPT.3.4.2FIRE WATER HOSE REEL STATIONEach fire water hose reel station should consist of fire hose, spray nozzle, connection, hose reel as minimum. It shall
52、be designed for a flow rate of 25 m3/hr at 690 KPa.HOSE REELThe ebonite hose shall be of smooth bore 1 1/2” (40mm), three-ply, oil resistant, non- collapsible construction.The hose reel shall be of 20m length and shall have no joint in that length of hose.Hose reel shall be suitable for seawa
53、ter usage and shall be highly resistant to abrasion, acids, oils and other chemicals.Hose reel shall be of corrosion resistant material for support construction, bearings, swivel inlet, etc.Hose shall be able to withstand the system operating pressure of 1700kPaG.Each hose reel station shall be prov
54、ided with a quick removal, weather proof, and UV resistant cover.BRACKETSA bracket used on the hose reel shall be manufactured from 316 stainless steel or alternative corrosion resistant material, strengthened or stiffened at all stress points and fixing points to allow fixing to either the d

56、be of an approved type color red and marked with white lettering, stating “FIRE WATER HOSE REEL STATION” or ” FIRE WATER/FOAM HOSE REEL STATION” in dual language (English and Chinese). The lettering used on the bracket shall be fluorescence type.
