1、幼兒教師職業(yè)幸福感人們常說教師是太陽下面最光輝的職業(yè),因此教師職業(yè)被認(rèn)為是一種幸福的職業(yè),但我認(rèn)為教師的職業(yè)幸福感并不是來自于這些高尚的評價(jià),而是來自幼兒給予我們的真情感受。首先,教師的幸福來源于幼兒給予的感動。當(dāng)教師給予孩子愛時,孩子也以一份真誠的愛來感動著我們。對于老師的付出來說,孩子的愛是最大的安慰和感動,也是我在工作中體驗(yàn)到幸福的重要原因。在與幼兒的生活中,我常常被這些可愛的孩子感動著,這是我工作的第一年,還記得第一次走進(jìn)幼兒園時我激動的心情,孩子們一張張?zhí)煺鏌o邪的笑臉,一聲聲老師好,老師好。我很喜歡和孩子們在一起,因?yàn)樗麄兂3o我一點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)的感動,每當(dāng)給予孩子愛與關(guān)心時孩子也會以一份
2、真誠的愛感動著我。剛參加工作時我分到了小一班,每天都與他們生活在一起,特別開心,我喜歡每個孩子,在我的愛與關(guān)心中他們也很喜歡我,每當(dāng)孩子對我說:“老師我特別喜歡你”然后抱抱我,我都無比感動,班里有一名杜學(xué)淵小朋友每天來幼兒園就要親親我的手。記得有一次我生病請了兩天的假,等到第三天上班時,一雙雙關(guān)切的眼睛都望著我,這個問“老師您怎么啦”那個問“老師您好點(diǎn)沒有”好的小朋友急忙忙的拉住我的手讓我蹲下摸摸我的腦門,問“老師,您身體不舒服嗎,有沒有吃藥呀”然后小朋友緊緊的抱著我,說“老師這樣你就不冷了”。然后很多小朋友一起張開小手摟著我,我被孩子的愛包圍著,感動著,當(dāng)你用心去愛與關(guān)心著每個幼兒,他們也會
3、用真誠的愛感動著我們。小孩們總是在生活中給我們點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴的感動,讓我們心甘情愿的付出愛與關(guān)心。教師的幸福感來源于教學(xué)的成就感。對我來說,教學(xué)中的成就感表現(xiàn)為三個方面:一是自己的成長與進(jìn)步,二是幼兒的成長與進(jìn)步,三是幼兒在教學(xué)中教會我的。幼兒的成長與進(jìn)步更能給教師帶來滿足和幸福??粗變旱某砷L和進(jìn)步,就會覺得自己的工作有價(jià)值,伴隨著價(jià)值感的實(shí)現(xiàn),而且這種體驗(yàn)本身伴隨著幸福。班里有個趙子豪小朋友,不愛說話,每次來幼兒園都哭,家長非常著急,我主動與家長交談,了解幼兒的生活情況,更多地給孩子以愛撫,經(jīng)常抱他,和他說話,后來他慢慢的喜歡來幼兒園了,也喜歡跟小朋友一起玩,看著他的成長與進(jìn)步,心里很有成就感。
4、在生活中,從小細(xì)節(jié)觀察每名幼兒,根據(jù)不同的幼兒實(shí)施不同的教育,就會看到每名幼兒的成長與進(jìn)步。班里膽小的小朋友,我會創(chuàng)造機(jī)會讓幼兒多鍛煉,關(guān)心他們,鼓勵他們,讓每名幼兒得到不同程度的成長與進(jìn)步,在他們的成長與進(jìn)步的同時,我也有了進(jìn)步與成才,當(dāng)我教會給孩子的同時孩子也會教會我。教師的幸福感來源于家長的信任、尊重與肯定。家長的信任、尊重和肯定意味著相信教師的教育能力、人格力量,是對教師辛勤勞動的承認(rèn)和報(bào)償。這種被承認(rèn)、認(rèn)可的體驗(yàn)是一種幸福的體驗(yàn)。對于家長的信任,我們要對每個幼兒負(fù)責(zé),每次與家長溝通時她們都會很尊重的與我交談,并提出自己的建議。要想得到家長的信任與尊重首先我應(yīng)該尊重家長,要用心傾聽家長
5、的意見,并及時實(shí)施。其次,教師要多站在家長的角度想問題,根據(jù)每名幼兒不同的生活環(huán)境出發(fā),理解家長提出的意見和建議。再次,真誠地與家長溝通和交流,相互合作,建立起積極的合作關(guān)系。從中我們會得到幸福感。教師的幸福感來源于在工作中的進(jìn)步。在教育過程中,不僅幼兒獲得成長,教師自身也獲得一定的進(jìn)步。幼兒教師的進(jìn)步是在與幼兒互動中、在與家長和同事的交流中、在對教育理論的學(xué)習(xí)和研究中、在對自己的教育行為的反思中獲得的。這種進(jìn)步不僅意味著教育能力的增強(qiáng),還意味著個人整體的成長。發(fā)展與進(jìn)步能帶給人幸福,在教育過程中,主動與有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的教師學(xué)習(xí)與交流,每次得到進(jìn)步時我都覺得很有成就感,體會到進(jìn)步就是一種幸福感。if
