4、三條合作項目基本情況Thirdcooperationprojectbasicsituation合作項目位于市縣路號。該地段土地使用權(quán)為甲方享有（土地使用權(quán)證號：） cooperationprojectsin Countyofcity RoadNo Theareaoflanduserightsshallenjoy(landuserightcertificatenumber:)。該項目總占地面積為平方米地塊四至東至西至南至北至（詳見市規(guī)劃局紅線圖）。ofthetotalprojectcoversanareaofsquaremeters,plotstoEast,West,South,northto(

12、設(shè)所需資金的投資包括項目設(shè)計、建筑安裝、裝修、水電安裝以及項目配套設(shè)施建設(shè)所需費用的投資。Theoneisresponsibleforprojectconstructionneedscapitalinvestment,includingprojectdesign,constructionandinstallation,decoration,installationofwaterandelectricityandinfrastructureconstructionprojectsforinvestment負責(zé)對項目地段上現(xiàn)有建筑物進行拆除費用由甲方負責(zé)。inchargeofprojectarea
