Party B shall also no tify Party A immediately after L/C is opened so that P arty A can get prep ared for delivery.6.傭金Commissi on在本協(xié)議期滿時，若乙方完成了第二款所規(guī)定的數(shù)額

7、rket Con diti ons乙方每3個月向甲方提供一次有關(guān)當時市場情況和用戶意見的詳細報告。同時，乙方 應(yīng)隨時向甲方提供其他供應(yīng)商的類似商品樣品及其價格、銷售情況和廣告資料。Party B shall forward once every three mon ths to p arty A detailed rep orts on curre nt market con diti ons and of con sumers comme nts. Mean while， P arty Bshall ， from time to time ， send to party A samp les

8、 of similar commodities offered by other suppliers ， together with their p rices， sales in formatio n andadvertis ing materials.8. 宣傳廣告費用Advertis ing & Publicity Expen ses在本協(xié)議有效期內(nèi)，乙方在上述經(jīng)銷地區(qū)所作廣告宣傳的一切費用，由乙方自理。乙 方須事先向甲方提供宣傳廣告的圖案及文字說明，由甲方審閱同意。Party B shall bear all expen ses for advertis ing and p ublic

9、ity withi n the aforeme nti oned territory in the durati on of this Agreeme nt and submit to P arty A all p atter ns an d/or draw ings and descri pti on for p rior app roval.9. 協(xié)議有效期Validity of Agreeme nt本協(xié)議經(jīng)雙方簽字后生效，有效期為 天，自至。若一方希望延長本協(xié)議，則須在本協(xié)議期滿前1個月書面通知另一方，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商決定。若協(xié)議一方未履行協(xié)議條款，另一方有權(quán)終止協(xié)議。This Agreeme

Should either party fail to impi eme nt the terms and con diti ons here in, the other p arty is en titled totermi nate this Agreeme nt.10.仲裁Arbitrati on在履行協(xié)議過程中，如產(chǎn)生爭議，雙方應(yīng)友好協(xié)商解決。若通過友好協(xié)商達不成協(xié) 議Ry提交中國國際貿(mào)易促進委員會對外貿(mào)易仲裁委員會，根據(jù)該會仲裁程序暫行規(guī)定進 行仲裁。該委員會的決定是終局的，對雙方均具有約束力。仲裁費用，除另有規(guī)定外，由 敗訴一方負擔。the caseAll d

In case no settleme nt can be reached in dis pute shall the n be submitted to the Foreig n Trade Arbitrati on Commissi on of the Chi na Council for the Pro moti on of Intern ati onal Trade f

13、or arbitrati on in accorda nee with its p rovisi onal rules of p rocedure. The decisi on made by this Commissi on shall be regarded as final and binding upon both p arties. Arbitrati on fees shall be borne by the los ing party, uni ess otherwise awarded.11.其他條款Other Terms & Con diti ons(1)甲方不得向經(jīng)銷地區(qū)其

14、他買主供應(yīng)本協(xié)議所規(guī)定的商品。如有詢價，當轉(zhuǎn)達給 乙方洽辦。若有買主希望從甲方直接訂購，甲方可以供貨，但甲方須將有關(guān)銷 售確認書副本寄給乙方，并按所達成交易的發(fā)票金額給予乙方_%的傭金。Party A shall not supply the con tracted commodity to any other buyer(s) in the above men ti oned territory. Direct enq uiries, ifany, will be referred to Party B. However, should any other buyerswish to dea
