26、的大小及仿冒者有無侵害專利時，主要乃依權利要求中的文字內(nèi)容來決定。若權利要求的中文翻譯有錯誤、混淆或不明，皆會使專利權人遭到重大損失且無法有效阻止他人仿冒，甚至會導至專利被宣告無效的后果。權利要求是分別針對不同的發(fā)明主題，例如：物品、物質、材料、工具、裝置、設備、制造 方法、使用方法、通訊方法、處理方法以及將產(chǎn)品用于特定用途的方法等清楚并簡要地表述 請求專利保護的范圍。請求專利的權利要求可分為獨立權利要求及從屬權利要求二種，一份權利要求書中會至少包含一項獨立權利要求，還可以包含從屬權利要求。從屬權利要求乃依附于獨立權利要求，系用以對獨立權利要求的內(nèi)容更加以限定或說明。獨立權利要求可有許多項，每
