46、)，6002600 安培，600 vac畢業(yè)實(shí)踐調(diào)研報(bào)告畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中，以自動(dòng)往返電動(dòng)小汽車來(lái)作為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)它進(jìn)行硬件、軟件方面的設(shè)計(jì)，再進(jìn)行各部分的功能分析和應(yīng)用分析。在該設(shè)計(jì)中，我們用到自動(dòng)檢測(cè)與傳感器技術(shù)、單片機(jī)原理及應(yīng)用、單片機(jī)接口技術(shù)、模擬電子技術(shù)、數(shù)字電子技術(shù)方面的知識(shí)。把我們大學(xué)三年的學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)知識(shí)基本上用上了。自動(dòng)檢測(cè)與傳感器技術(shù)。在人類的各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)和科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)中，為了了解和掌握整個(gè)過(guò)程的進(jìn)展及其最后結(jié)果，經(jīng)常需要對(duì)各種基本參數(shù)或物理量進(jìn)行檢查和測(cè)量，從而獲得必要的信息，并以之作為分析判斷和決策的依據(jù)。檢測(cè)技術(shù)和傳感器是人們?yōu)榱藢?duì)被測(cè)對(duì)象所包含的信息進(jìn)行定性的了解和定量的掌握所采取

47、 的一系列技術(shù)措施。隨著人類社會(huì)進(jìn)入信息時(shí)代，以信息的獲取轉(zhuǎn)換、顯示和處理為主要內(nèi)容的檢測(cè)技術(shù)已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為一門完整的技術(shù)學(xué)科，在促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)發(fā)展和科學(xué)進(jìn)步的廣闊領(lǐng)域內(nèi)發(fā)揮著重要作用。應(yīng)用如下：檢測(cè)技術(shù)是產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)和質(zhì)量控制的重要手段；檢測(cè)技術(shù)在大型設(shè)備安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行監(jiān)測(cè)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用；檢測(cè)技術(shù)和裝置是自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)中不可缺少的組成部分；檢測(cè)技術(shù)的完善和發(fā)展推動(dòng)著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步；另一方面看，現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)和科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展也不斷地對(duì)檢測(cè)技術(shù)提出新的要求。它是由傳感器、測(cè)量電路、顯示記錄裝置組成。我們這里用到的光電傳感器是用發(fā)光二極管作為光源、光敏三極管作為基本電路的組成。它具有光譜特性、伏安特性、光電特性、溫

48、度特性、頻率特性，使用它更能傳遞信息。它用到了單片機(jī)的編程知識(shí)和基本的硬件組成部分及功能。應(yīng)用微型計(jì)算機(jī)能對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的各種參數(shù)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，例如溫度、壓力、流量、液位、角度、長(zhǎng)度、電流、頻率、功率等，當(dāng)測(cè)量值超過(guò)一定范圍時(shí)，可發(fā)出聲、光等報(bào)警信號(hào)并將檢測(cè)結(jié)果存儲(chǔ)、顯示、打印、繪制成表格或曲線。微型計(jì)算機(jī)檢測(cè)和處理數(shù)據(jù)的速度很快，它可以同時(shí)檢測(cè)不同的參數(shù)。它的硬件系統(tǒng)主要有5大器件組成，輸入設(shè)備、存儲(chǔ)器、運(yùn)算器、控制器、輸出設(shè)備。軟件按其功能分為應(yīng)用軟件和系統(tǒng)軟件兩大類。它主要是程序編程系統(tǒng)，它有mcs48系列單片機(jī)、mcs51系列單片機(jī)。單片機(jī)可以檢測(cè)和數(shù)據(jù)處理，還可以順序控制系統(tǒng)、閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)。

49、mcs96系列系列單片機(jī)。mcs48系列單片機(jī)是8位單片機(jī)初級(jí)產(chǎn)品，在國(guó)內(nèi)應(yīng)用最早。其主要性能如下：8位cpu單一內(nèi)部總線。片內(nèi)有ram64b或128b，有的型號(hào)有rom。片內(nèi)rom可擴(kuò)至4kb，片外ram可擴(kuò)至256b。27根i/o線，含3個(gè)8位并行口和3根測(cè)試線。96條指令，其中70%為單字節(jié)指令。mcs48系列單片機(jī)包括下列型號(hào)：（1）.8048/8748/8035三種型號(hào)的單片機(jī)主要區(qū)別是片內(nèi)程序存儲(chǔ)器不同：8048帶片內(nèi)rom1kb，8748帶片內(nèi)eprom1kb，而8035則沒有片內(nèi)程序存儲(chǔ)器。其他性能都是相同的。（2）.8049/8749/8039是8048/8748/8035的

50、改進(jìn)型，其唯一改動(dòng)之處是將片內(nèi)rom和ram的容量各擴(kuò)大一倍（即片內(nèi)rom2kb，ram128kb），其他性能相同。（3）.8020/8021/8022是mcs48系列的抵擋型單片機(jī)，只有28條引腳。它們的指令是8048指令系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)子集，運(yùn)行速度也比較慢。其中8022帶一個(gè)2通道8位a/d轉(zhuǎn)換器。mcs51系列單片機(jī)是高檔8位單片機(jī)。與mcs48系列相比，其性能全面提高，許多功能全面提高，許多功能也超過(guò)了8085cpu和z80cpu，成為當(dāng)前工業(yè)測(cè)控類應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)選單片機(jī)。與mcs48系列相比，mcs51系列單片機(jī)的性能提高主要表現(xiàn)在：片內(nèi)存儲(chǔ)器容量和外部存儲(chǔ)器尋址范圍增大；i/o口線數(shù)增加

51、；定時(shí)器/計(jì)數(shù)器的數(shù)量和位數(shù)增加；中斷功能加強(qiáng)；設(shè)備了一個(gè)全雙工串行口，具有通信能力；指令系統(tǒng)增加了乘除等指令，并加強(qiáng)了位操作功能。（1）.8051/8751/8031三種型號(hào)的單片機(jī)常稱為8051系列，它們之間的區(qū)別僅在于片內(nèi)程序存儲(chǔ)器。8051片內(nèi)有4kb的rom，8751片內(nèi)有4kb的eprom，8031片內(nèi)無(wú)程序存儲(chǔ)器，其他結(jié)構(gòu)性能相同。其中8031易于開發(fā)，價(jià)格低，應(yīng)用廣泛。（2）.8052/8752/8032是8051/8751/8031的改進(jìn)型，常稱為8052子系列。其片內(nèi)rom和ram比8051子系列各增加一倍，rom為8kb，ram為256b；另外增加了一個(gè)定時(shí)器/計(jì)數(shù)器和一

52、個(gè)中斷源。（3）.80c51/87c51/80c31是8051子系列的chmos芯片，可稱為80c51子系列。兩者功能兼容。chmos型芯片的基本特點(diǎn)是集成度高和功能低。mcs96系列是16位單片機(jī)，較之mcs51系列單片機(jī)，其性能有很大的提高。16位cpu，主頻12mhz，采用了新穎的寄存器堆/運(yùn)算邏輯部件（ralu）。片內(nèi)rom8kb，ram232（寄存器堆）。4條高速脈沖輸入線，6條高速脈沖輸出線，同時(shí)有定時(shí)功能，多至4個(gè)16位的軟件定時(shí)器能同時(shí)工作。有的芯片有10位a/d轉(zhuǎn)換器。運(yùn)算能力和運(yùn)算速度大大提高，在12mhz輸入頻率下，可實(shí)現(xiàn)16位加法運(yùn)算，16*16位乘法和32位/16位除

53、法運(yùn)算。可使用面向工業(yè)控制的高級(jí)語(yǔ)言，如c語(yǔ)言、pl/m等。它的顯示電路簡(jiǎn)潔明了，單片單扳機(jī)常用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)輸入/輸出設(shè)備是鍵盤與顯示器，用戶的控制命令與原理數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)鍵盤輸入單片機(jī)，單片機(jī)的處理結(jié)果或輸入信號(hào)往往通過(guò)顯示器顯示出來(lái)。它是輸出的最重要的手段。rs232485是連接單片機(jī)與pc機(jī)之間的連接電路，它是接口電路，在電路中有著很重要的作用。rs-232、rs-422與rs-485都是串行數(shù)據(jù)接口標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，最初都是由電子工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)（eia）制訂并發(fā)布的。rs-232在1962年發(fā)布，命名為eia-232-e，作為工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以保證不同廠家產(chǎn)品之間的兼容。其傳送距離最大約為15米，最高速率為20kb/s，

54、并且rs-232是為點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)（即只用一對(duì)收、發(fā)設(shè)備）通訊而設(shè)計(jì)的。所以，rs232只適合于本地通訊使用。 rs-422由rs-232發(fā)展而來(lái)，rs-422是一種單機(jī)發(fā)送、多機(jī)接收的單向、平衡傳輸規(guī)范，被命名為tia/eia-422-a標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。為擴(kuò)展應(yīng)用范圍，eia又于1983年在rs-422基礎(chǔ)上制定了rs-485標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，增加了多點(diǎn)、雙向通信能力，即允許多個(gè)發(fā)送器連接到同一條總線上，增加了發(fā)送器的驅(qū)動(dòng)能力和沖突保護(hù)特性，擴(kuò)展了總線共模范圍，后命名為tia/eia-485-a標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。由于eia提出的建議標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都是以rs作為前綴，所以在通訊工業(yè)領(lǐng)域，仍然習(xí)慣將上述標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以rs作前綴稱謂。rs-232、rs-4

56、行駛，以及停車的位置，并可自動(dòng)記錄往返時(shí)間和行駛路程。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的電路結(jié)構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)方法及測(cè)試結(jié)果分析。關(guān)鍵詞：at89c51 at89c52單片機(jī) 光電檢測(cè)器調(diào)節(jié)控制引言:由于電動(dòng)小汽車純硬件控制具有很多缺點(diǎn)，并且不宜實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜運(yùn)動(dòng)的自動(dòng)控制功能（不能用人工控制）。而單片機(jī)具有體積小，重量輕，耗電少，功能強(qiáng)，控制靈活方便，價(jià)格低廉等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本設(shè)計(jì)就是以單片機(jī)89c52為核心，附以外圍電路，采用光電檢測(cè)器進(jìn)行檢測(cè)信號(hào)和障礙物；運(yùn)用單片機(jī)的運(yùn)算和處理能力來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)小車的自動(dòng)加速、限速、減速、定時(shí)、語(yǔ)音、前進(jìn)、后退、左轉(zhuǎn)、右轉(zhuǎn)、顯示行駛速度、行駛路程、行駛時(shí)間等智能控制系統(tǒng)。 1 方案的選擇與論證根據(jù)題目要求，系統(tǒng)可以分為幾個(gè)模塊，如圖1所示。對(duì)各模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)。分別有以下一些不同的設(shè)計(jì)方案：圖11.1 控制核心系統(tǒng) 方案一： 控制部分的核心采用傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)字邏輯芯片來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。該子系統(tǒng)共有啟動(dòng)、加速前進(jìn)/后退、限速前進(jìn)/后退、暫停、等待等幾個(gè)狀態(tài)。各個(gè)狀態(tài)保持或轉(zhuǎn)移的條件依賴于外部傳感器（紅外傳感器、霍爾傳感器、）送來(lái)的信號(hào)
