So…that…與sothat的使用及注意事項(xiàng)

1、So.that.與so that的使用及注意事項(xiàng)So.that與so that都可以引導(dǎo)狀語(yǔ)從句，但是有所不同。先分析 如下：So.that.意為“如此以至于.”，用來(lái)引導(dǎo)一個(gè)結(jié)果狀語(yǔ)從句。 其句型結(jié)構(gòu)是：1. 主語(yǔ) + 實(shí)義動(dòng)詞 +so + 副詞 + that 從句。例如： The girl ran so fast that no one could catch up with her.It rained so heavily that we have to stay at home.2. 主語(yǔ)+系動(dòng)詞(be, become, feel等)+so +形容詞 +that從句。 例如：The q

2、uestion is so difficult that we can not work out it .3. 主語(yǔ)+ 謂語(yǔ)+ so + 形容詞. + a/an +單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞 + that 從句。例 如：It is so busy a day that we dontgo swimming.4. 主語(yǔ)+ 謂語(yǔ)+ so + many/few + 復(fù)數(shù)可數(shù)名詞 + that + 從句。例如：I have made so many mistakes that I must stay at home deep in thought.5. 主語(yǔ)+ 謂語(yǔ) + so + much/little + 不可數(shù)

3、名詞 +that 從句。例如： What a pity, we have got so little money that we can not eat at restaurant.6. 主語(yǔ)+ 謂語(yǔ)+ so + many (much, few, little) + that 從句。例如： The shirt cost so much that I did not want to take it.So.that從句可以轉(zhuǎn)成一下幾種簡(jiǎn)單句：1.若that從句是否定句，且主從句的主語(yǔ)一致時(shí)，用too.to dosth 句型轉(zhuǎn)換。例如：He was so young that he could no

To do sth”句型來(lái)轉(zhuǎn)換，這里for后面的sb是原從句主語(yǔ)的 賓格形式。例如：She spoke so quickly that they could not understand her.= She spoke too quickly for them to understand.3. 若that從句是肯定句，且主從句的主語(yǔ)一致時(shí)，用enough todo sth 句型來(lái)轉(zhuǎn)換。例如：The girl is s

5、o old that she can go to school. = the girl is old enough to go to school.4. 若that從句是肯定句，且主從句的主語(yǔ)不一致時(shí)，用.enough for sb . to do sth句型轉(zhuǎn)換，這里for后的sb仍是原從句主語(yǔ)的 賓語(yǔ)形式。例如：The question is so easy that we can answer it.= the question is easy enough for us to answer.5. that從句是否定句，可用 notenough ( for sb.) to do sth句

6、型來(lái) 轉(zhuǎn)換，但enough前的adj或adv應(yīng)為原句型重so后的adj或 adv. 的反義詞。例如：the room is so small that it can not hold 200 people.= the room is too small to hold 200 people. = the room is not bie enough to hold 200 people.The box is so heavy that we can not carry it.= the box is too heavy for us to carry .The box is not light

7、 enough for us to carrySo that 是從屬連詞，用來(lái)引導(dǎo)目的和結(jié)果狀語(yǔ)從句1. so that 可以引導(dǎo)目的狀語(yǔ)從句，意義為“以便，為了” ， 可 用 in order that 從句來(lái)替換。這種從句的謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞一般要和 情態(tài)動(dòng)詞 can/could/, may/might 等連用。例如： he gets up early in the morning so that he can catch the early bus= he gets up early in the morning in order that he can catch the early bus.H
