12、n B 版本B201 Scope 范圍This document is a delineation of the testing requirements for an easy-to-use playyard called the Breeze”, herein referred to as “the unit.” This unit is being developed and sold by Thorley Industries / 4Moms LLC, herein referred to as “the Buyer,” through a variety of distributio

13、n chains both in the United States of America and worldwide. 17、執(zhí)行。3 Quality Assurance 品質(zhì)保證3.1 Upstream Quality Assurance 上游質(zhì)量保證The Seller shall require all raw materials to meet all chemical and heavy metals requirements delineated herein. The Seller shall track lots of raw material and be able to trace raw material lot information to specific lot information f

18、or final product. The Seller shall receive from suppliers a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) indicating compliance with the requirements herein along with a CoC from any upstream suppliers and for all raw materials, a copy of these certificates shall be provided to the Buyer with each lot delivery in

19、 a mutually agreed upon format. It is not necessary

21、 to be able to trace a specific unit during production. Units taken for sampling shall be indicated and numerical results as appropriate from sampling tests shall be included as well. Reports shall include the product name, style, results from all tests, model number, soft goods color, date of manuf

22、acture, and be signed by an authorized member of the Sellers Quality Assurance Department. The specific design and format of the test report shall be approved by the Buyer prior to testing and may not be altered without written approval of the buyer. These reports shall be in legible English, but ma

This Bill of Material shall delineate all parts used on the unit and indicate all: Raw Materials (including specific material, manufacture

26、r and lot identifying information) Suppliers Sub-suppliers Coatings Coatings manufacturers (including lot identifying information) This BOM shall be kept current and provided to the Buyer with every production lot and indicate any changes that may have occurred either since the previous BOM or durin

27、g production, the format for this BOM will be mutually agreed upon by the Buyer and Seller. Any changes other than lot identifier from the previous lot shall be agreed upon in writing by both the Buyer and Seller at least 6 weeks prior to shipment from the Seller.賣方應(yīng)提供給買方每一批次的一個完成的材料清單（BOM），包括BOM的日期

32、 many units these tests were performed on). These tests are intended to prove the design meets all of the requirements delineated herein. The units utilized in these tests are not for customer sale and shall be provided to the Buyer upon successful completion of this testing unless an agreement in w

33、riting is established delineating an alternate disposal of the units. The Seller shall provide to the Buyer a test report indicating the numerical results (if applicable) and pass/fail results of all tests, except as described herein, within 5 days of the conclusion of all testing included in the re

34、port. These tests shall be performed at least every 6 months while the unit is being produced (

36、production need not be continuous) and at the beginning of a new lot of production if a gap of at least 3 months has occurred since the last production lot. The test sample quantity shall be as required by the Approved Third Party Test Laboratory. The units utilized in these tests are not for custom

37、er sale and shall be provided to the Buyer upon successful completion of this testing unless an agreement in writing is established delineating an alternate disposal of the units. The Seller shall provide to the Buyer the test report(s) from the Approved Third Party Test Laboratory(s) indicating the

40、ic basis. For the purposes of this testing, the provisions of paragraph 2.0 do not apply and all tests may be performed in-house. These tests shall be performed at least every 6 months while the unit is being produced (production need not be continuous) and at the beginning of a new lot of productio

41、n if a gap of at least 3 months has occurred since the last production lot or at the request of the Buyer. The sample size shall be at least 4 units for this testing. The units utilized in these tests are not for customer sale and shall be provided to the Buyer upon successful completion of this tes

42、ting unless an agreement in writing is established delineating an alternate disposal of the units. The Seller shall provide to the Buyer a test report indicating the numerical results (if available) and pass/fail results of all tests, except as described herein, within 5 days of the conclusion of al

Unless specifically delineated in the test definition herein, units undergoing sampling testing may be provided to the Buyer for sale to cust

50、ycle. Upon closing, the Button Body must lift before the Hub leaves the ground to prevent the latch assembly from clicking. Apply 10lbs to the center of each horizontal rail in the open position to ensure that a false latching has not occurred. Verify that the small hinges have set up in the over-ce

51、nter position.
