8、#、8#、10#車間廠房縱向全長軸線152.37m，橫向6#、8#車間為雙聯(lián)跨廠房寬54m,每跨27m。10#車間也為雙聯(lián)跨廠房寬48m，每跨24m。6#、8#車間廠房/軸線間和10#車間廠房/軸線間均設(shè)計(jì)為三層現(xiàn)澆砼框架結(jié)構(gòu)的車間辦公輔樓，基礎(chǔ)為c30鋼筋砼獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)。三個(gè)車間主廠房軸線為砼排架結(jié)構(gòu)輕鋼屋面，c30鋼筋砼杯口基礎(chǔ)，設(shè)計(jì)使用年限為50年，抗震設(shè)防裂度7度。三個(gè)車間主廠房柱子均為預(yù)制矩形鋼筋砼柱，砼強(qiáng)度均為c30。其中邊柱為單牛腿柱，共156根；中間柱為雙牛腿柱，共78根；抗風(fēng)柱為矩形柱，共20根。由于該工程工期非常緊，且現(xiàn)場(chǎng)地質(zhì)情況差沒有預(yù)制場(chǎng)地，該工程預(yù)制柱的制作根本無法在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)
