1、逆流再生離子交換器Countercurrent regeneration of ion exchanger使用說明書Operating Instruction- 9 -一、工藝原理Technical principle逆流再生離子交換器(分陽床、陰床、鈉床亦稱軟化器)為無頂壓逆流再生固定床,用于軟化水、除鹽水的制備;在制水工藝上采用逆流制水。Countercurrent regeneration of ion exchanger (Inclouding cation exchanger, anion exchanger, sodium ion exchanger is also called

19、e, exhaust valve, open system before, to close the discharge valve, after equipment outlet water flushing equipment to clear water to rinse the end.2)裝填樹脂F(xiàn)illing resin打開人孔,如果出水裝置采用承托層結構則按所設計的承托層高度裝填,裝填完畢后再裝樹脂。按所設計的樹脂高度,依次裝入,填完后抹平,以中排裝置支管以上200mm為基準線(已包括壓脂層的高度)。沒有中排裝置的應在交換器裝填前劃線確認。濾料裝填完畢后封閉人孔。Open man
