1、v1.0可編輯可修改英語(yǔ)教研組簡(jiǎn)介我校英語(yǔ)教研組是一個(gè)富有朝氣、充滿活力、 致力于英語(yǔ)特色教學(xué)的教研組。全組現(xiàn)有教師 9人, 其中高級(jí)教師2人,中級(jí)教師12人,初級(jí)教師8人 我們有著經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富、成績(jī)顯赫的指導(dǎo)力量,有著精神 飽滿而富有戰(zhàn)斗力的中堅(jiān)力量,還有年輕而富有沖擊 力的后備力量,這使我們英語(yǔ)組形成了平衡而有力的 發(fā)展鏈條。我們?cè)诮虒W(xué)中既注重團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,又重視個(gè)性發(fā) 展。每學(xué)期都組織老師上公開課,以及參加校際交流 活動(dòng),大家相互學(xué)習(xí),交流教學(xué)感受和心得,使本組 在融洽中和諧發(fā)展;同時(shí),在“青藍(lán)工程”的幫扶下, 年輕老師茁壯成長(zhǎng),有著自己的教學(xué)特色,指導(dǎo)老師 毫無(wú)保留地傳授經(jīng)驗(yàn),也充滿了年輕老師
2、的活力。我 們還積極思考與探討,勤于總結(jié)和反思,將教學(xué)中的 疑點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)各個(gè)擊破,保持優(yōu)點(diǎn)并進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。我們也注重調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性,發(fā)展學(xué)生的個(gè) 性。我組每學(xué)期都舉行一次學(xué)生英語(yǔ)比賽,如:作文 比賽、英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)比賽和英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)競(jìng)賽等等,老師 積極籌備,學(xué)生踴躍參與,給愛(ài)好英語(yǔ)的學(xué)生提供了施展才能的舞臺(tái),也為英語(yǔ)教學(xué)創(chuàng)造了良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛 圍。在新課改的推動(dòng)下,我們積極參加課改培訓(xùn), 更新教學(xué)觀念,開展課題研究,積極撰寫教學(xué)論文和 制作教學(xué)課件。近年來(lái)我組教師的論文和課件多次獲 得國(guó)家級(jí)、省級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),并在國(guó)家級(jí)、省級(jí)刊物上發(fā)表 了多篇教學(xué)論文?;厥走^(guò)去,展望未來(lái)。英語(yǔ)教研組全體教師將繼續(xù) 保持優(yōu)勢(shì),加強(qiáng)交
3、流,拼搏進(jìn)取,將自身的聰明才智 融入到教學(xué)中,將徹底挖掘潛能,噴灑于光輝的教育 事業(yè)中,憧憬和創(chuàng)造美好的未來(lái)。In troductio nEn glish Teach ing and Research Group in middle school is a group which is full of vigor and vitality, and aims at characteristics of En glish teach ing. There are now 22 teachers in our group, i ncludi ng 2 senior teachers, 12 in
4、termediate teachers, and 8 junior teachers. Our group owns experie need and excelle ntteachers as guide power, spirited and combat-worthy teachers as backb one power and young teachers with impact as reserve power, which makes us form a bala need and powerful develop ing cha in.We not only attach im
5、porta nee to group cooperati on, but also pay atte nti on to the developme nt of pers on ality in our teach ing. Every term, we ofte n orga nize teachers to give open classes, as well as take part in interchange activities betwee n schools. We lear n from each other and excha nge feeli ngs and exper
6、ie nee of En glish teach ing, which makes our group develop frien dly in harm onious atmosphere. Mean while, with the help of the Green Blue Project ',young teachers keep steady and become stron ger and stron ger, and they have their own characteristics of teaching. Guide teachers pass on their
7、experie nee without reservati on, and they are also full of young teachers ' vitality. Wealso think research actively, and are diligent in summary and self-exami natio n, which makes us destroy the questi on able and difficult points one by one, and keeps our adva ntages, eve n improves them.We
8、pay attentionto arouse the enthusiasmof stude nts, and develop their pers on alities.Every term, we hold an English competition about composition, spoken English or basic knowledge, etc. Teachers prepare actively and studentsjoin in with vigor or eagerness. Theseactivities offer stude nts who are in
9、 terested of En glish a stage of show ing theirtale nt , andalso create good study atmosphere for En glish teach ing.With the motivation of new reformation of curriculum, weactively take part in the training of it, renew our teachi ng con cepts, carry out subject study, write teachi ng thesis and ma

Rece ntly our theses and courseware win a lot of prize about n ati on al level and provinciallevel, and sometheses were publishedin relative publicati ons.Look ing back the past, and look ing forward to the future, all teachers in our group will con ti nu ously hold on to our adva ntages, andstre ngthe n com muni cati on, struggleand make progress.
