The shortage t hat PV grid connected generation at p resent operates during t he day and has to st

3、op at night is settled , and t he f unctions are reinforced by t he new co nfiguration and t he p ropo sed cont rol st rategy. The p ropo sed cont rol st rategy not o nly can achieve f unctio ns of A PF and PV grid co nnected generatio n at t he same time , but also compensate t he voltage interrupt

4、io ns. The system co nfiguratio n and cont rol st rategy are analyzed and verified by simulatio n wit h MA TL AB/ Simulink. The system comes t rue in p rototype based on TMS320L F2407DSP. 12、cussio n in t he paper is t he influence of t he level of reactive power co mpensation on t he operatio n of DC t ransmissio n system , when t he co rner delta windings of t he new type of co nverter t ransformer are connected wit h t he filtering and reactive2 load co mpensation equip ment o n t he

Thro ugh statistical analysis on t he variations of t he commutating resistance of t he new type of co nverter t ransfo rmer at different levels of reactive power co mpensation , t he characteristic curves of commutating angle , DC voltage , and t he converter s reactive power character

14、istic are obtained , so t hat t he operating characteristics of t he novel DC t ransmission system influenced by t he level of reactive power co mpensation are analyzed. The analytical result s show t he superio rity of t he new system wit h t he new type of converter t ransfo rmer.
