Packing and Marking包裝 : 產品內外無品牌標志 , 內墊安全泡沫 , 因包裝引起的損傷由賣方負責。 Package : without trademark on it, with safety bubble fixed, the damage cost will be covered by Seller.四、交貨與裝運期限4.

4、 Time of delivery and shipment收到買方 100%付款后 30 天內交貨，允許分批裝運和轉運。The products must delivery within 30 days after received 100% payment from Buyer,allowing transhipment andpartial shipment .五、違約責任5. Liability for breach of contract因賣方交貨延遲原因致使買方的出口合同不能履行的，買方有權解除本合同，賣方應賠償買方因此產生 的一切損失。If by Seller's del

6、 confirmed. If the Seller can not delivery the goods on time due to other non-human natural factors it will be not in the scope of the claim.六、解決合同糾紛的方式6. The way to resolve contract disputes執(zhí)行本合同發(fā)生爭議，由當事人雙方協(xié)商解決，協(xié)商不成，雙方同意由簽約地人民法院管轄訴訟解決。The implementation of this contract dispute, resolved through co

7、nsultation by both parties, negotiation fails, Both sides agreed to appeal to the local People's Court in the contract signing place.七、合同份數(shù)與生效7. Con tract copies and effect本合同一式兩份，雙方各執(zhí)一份，合同自簽字與蓋章之日起生效，保修期滿后失效。The con tract is done in duplicate. Each of the parties should holds one copy. The con

But the copies of faxes is in valid.八. 產品的安裝調試與售后服務8. In stallati on and commissi oning service after sale

9、s.賣方對所銷售產品的零部件要建立電子檔案，以備將來售后服務。如果需要安裝調試，在買方需要而且 提供食宿的情況下，賣方應該無條件的安排工程技術人員指導安裝，調試。往來機票由賣方自己負擔。The Seller must create and provide to Buyer the electronic record of the product parts for future service. If Buyer need installation and commissioning service and will provide all accommodation, the Seller should be unconditional a
