2、簽，則由甲方協(xié)助乙方申報海關核準后處理。乙方以免費方式提供設備，不需甲方辦理付匯進口，也不需用加工費或差價償還設備款。二、甲方向乙方購買原料、輔料商品品名及規(guī)格原料輔料編碼、單位數(shù)量、單價金額、品名、單位數(shù)量、單價金額合計三、甲方供乙方制成品的數(shù)量及金額商品編碼品名及規(guī)格單位數(shù)量單價金額合計四、乙方供料于起運抵甲方制成品于日前運往五、運輸方式及運費用六、保險費負擔七、付款方式八、包裝要求九、仲裁：因執(zhí)行本合同所發(fā)生的爭議或與本合同有關的一切爭議，雙方應通過友好協(xié)商解決，如果協(xié)商不能解決，應提交中國國際貿(mào)易促進委員會根據(jù)該會仲裁程序進行仲裁，仲裁裁決為最終裁決，對雙方都有約束力。十、本合同一式八

12、he perfrmance f thecntract.Chapter 19 Applicable LawArticle 47 The frmatin, validity, interpretatin, eecutin and settlement fdisputes in respect f, this cntract shall be gverned by the relevantlaws f the Peples Republic f China.Chapter 20 Settlement f DisputesArticle 48 Any disputes arising frm the

In case n settlement can be reached thrugh cnsultatins, thedisputes shall be submitted t the Freign Ecnmic and Trade ArbitratinCmmissin f the China Cuncil fr the Prmtin f Internatinal Tradefr arbitratin in
