2、-86156588郵編(Post code:450003 E-mail:fieldtian327網(wǎng)址(Web site: 一、用途及適用范圍JSB系列離心式砂泵主要是用來給油田鉆機(jī)的循環(huán)固控系統(tǒng)配套,其作用是給除砂器、除泥器、混料器等提供具有一定排量和壓力的鉆井液,以保證這些設(shè)備高效工作。其中JSB10×8×14 離心式砂泵主要適應(yīng)于配套3000m以上的鉆機(jī),且鉆井液粘度、比重都比較大的鉆井工程使用;JSB8×6×14 離心式砂泵主要配套3000m以上的鉆機(jī);JSB8×6×11 離心式砂泵主要配套3000m以下的鉆機(jī),也可作為灌注泵給

3、三缸泥漿泵供漿;JSB6×5×11 離心式砂泵一般用于車裝鉆機(jī)或小型鉆機(jī)的配套;JSB4×3離心式砂泵與計(jì)量罐配套,通常稱計(jì)量泵或補(bǔ)給泵;JSB3×2離心式砂泵一般作為清水泵使用。二、結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理離心式砂泵主要由泵殼、葉輪、泵軸、耐磨盤、密封裝置、軸承座、軸承、聯(lián)軸器、電機(jī)、底座等組成。砂泵主要結(jié)構(gòu)如下圖所示: 該系列離心式砂泵的特點(diǎn)是:1. 開式葉輪,適于輸送高粘度的鉆井液;2. 組合密封,使用壽命長(zhǎng);3. 所有型號(hào)離心泵的軸承座、軸等零部件通用,維修方便、節(jié)約成本;4. 主要零部件均為耐磨球鐵,樹脂砂精密鑄造,使用壽命長(zhǎng)、外型美觀。工作原理:電機(jī)通

4、過聯(lián)軸器驅(qū)動(dòng)砂泵的軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),軸帶動(dòng)葉輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),鉆井液經(jīng)吸入口由葉輪中部吸入,通過葉輪中的流道后,在離心力作用下,獲得能量和速度,經(jīng)過泵殼連續(xù)不斷地從排出口輸送給工作機(jī)。三、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)離心泵清水性能: 離心泵清水性能:(續(xù)表1 離心泵清水性能:(續(xù)表2 四、密封裝置的維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)JSB型離心砂泵的密封為組合密封裝置,如圖1所示,主要由機(jī)械密封、盤根、密封盒、盤根壓套、壓緊螺栓、耐磨軸套等組成。 維護(hù)與保養(yǎng):1、新砂泵或新?lián)Q的機(jī)械密封,工作時(shí)主要靠機(jī)械密封起密封作用,因此,盤根壓套必須保持松弛狀態(tài),以免發(fā)熱,過早將耐磨軸套磨壞;2、當(dāng)砂泵工作一年左右,機(jī)械密封失效時(shí),需要由盤根起密封作用,通過 壓緊螺

5、栓將盤根壓套壓緊至每分鐘泄露3到8滴為好;當(dāng)盤根壓套無法調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)增加一道盤根(截面為12×12;3、當(dāng)軸套表面的耐磨層(約1mm被磨完后,應(yīng)及時(shí)更換機(jī)械密封及耐磨軸套。五、軸承腔的維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)1、軸承在安裝時(shí)已加注3號(hào)極壓里基脂,以后每1個(gè)月加注一次,加入量為50ml;2、每半年打開軸承腔下部的橡膠堵頭一次,對(duì)軸承腔內(nèi)的污油進(jìn)行清理。六、安裝及調(diào)整A.產(chǎn)品安裝1、砂泵在井場(chǎng)的擺放位置應(yīng)盡可能靠近與其配套的工作設(shè)備(如除砂器、除泥器等;2、泵吸入口必須距罐底200mm以上,否則將影響泵的正常吸入,與泵連接的工作機(jī)排出口需離泵吸入口2m以上,如下圖; 電;4、泵的進(jìn)出口管線及相應(yīng)的聯(lián)接

6、部位都必須有良好的密封,如有漏液、漏 氣就會(huì)影響泵的正常工作;5、!安裝工作完成后,點(diǎn)按啟動(dòng)按鈕,若轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向與泵上箭頭所標(biāo)的方向不一致,需調(diào)換一對(duì)接線柱,確保轉(zhuǎn)向與泵上所標(biāo)方向一致。!6、安裝尺寸 B.產(chǎn)品調(diào)整如果用戶無特殊要求,我公司生產(chǎn)的泵組(含電機(jī)、底座和聯(lián)軸器均采用下圖所示聯(lián)軸器。 1-驅(qū)動(dòng)端聯(lián)軸節(jié)2-從動(dòng)端聯(lián)軸節(jié)3-彈性塊聯(lián)軸器的同軸度直接影響到離心泵和電機(jī)的使用壽命。在運(yùn)輸和安裝過程中可能會(huì)造成同軸度的偏差,所以在使用前必須校驗(yàn)聯(lián)軸器的同軸度。建議使用百分表對(duì)聯(lián)軸器的同軸度進(jìn)行校驗(yàn)。百分表固定在聯(lián)軸器的一端,表頭與聯(lián)軸器另一端的外徑相接觸來測(cè)量同軸度的偏差,如下圖所示。若測(cè)量角度偏

7、差,則需將表頭放于聯(lián)軸器另一端靠近外徑的端面上,保持一個(gè)軸靜止,另一個(gè)軸旋轉(zhuǎn)一周并記下總的偏差量,如下圖所示。一般同軸度偏差應(yīng)控制在0.4mm(0.015以內(nèi),角度偏差不應(yīng)超過0.4mm(0.015。根據(jù)需要擰松或上緊泵頭或電機(jī)的固定螺栓,或者添加墊片。 百分表測(cè)量位移偏差百分表測(cè)量角度偏差除使用百分表外,也可使用直尺來測(cè)量同軸度,這種方法對(duì)帶有彈性塊的聯(lián)軸器尤為適用。測(cè)量位移偏差時(shí),將直尺與軸平齊放在聯(lián)軸器的外徑上,用塞尺測(cè)量二者之間的間隙,每旋轉(zhuǎn)90°測(cè)量一次,如下圖所示。角度偏差可以通過測(cè)量聯(lián)軸器端面的間距獲得,如下圖所示。一般同軸度偏差應(yīng)控制在0. 4mm(0.015英寸以內(nèi)

8、,角度偏差不應(yīng)超過0.4mm(0.015英寸。根據(jù)需要擰松或上緊泵頭或電機(jī)的固定螺栓,或者添加墊片。 直尺測(cè)量位移偏差直尺測(cè)量角度偏差七.操作使用1、新裝配的或長(zhǎng)期停用后再次投入使用的砂泵使用前,要仔細(xì)檢查潤(rùn)滑情況和運(yùn)動(dòng)部件的聯(lián)接情況,要先向密封腔和軸承腔內(nèi)加注潤(rùn)滑油。決不允許泵腔體內(nèi)存有異物。2、!砂泵葉輪通過螺紋與泵軸聯(lián)接,首次使用時(shí)一定要確保電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向與泵殼上所標(biāo)方向一致,反轉(zhuǎn)將使葉輪卸出,導(dǎo)致葉輪與前護(hù)板卡死,很快造成泵或電機(jī)的損壞。!3、砂泵應(yīng)在先打開泵的吸入管閘閥、關(guān)閉排出管閘閥的狀態(tài)下啟動(dòng)。啟動(dòng)后運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后再慢慢打開排出管閘閥,并調(diào)節(jié)砂泵的壓力,注意觀察泵的工作情況,若發(fā)現(xiàn)砂泵的

9、壓力和流量太大或太小,電機(jī)發(fā)熱等現(xiàn)象,要適當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)出口閥門的開度,直至泵平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行。4、循環(huán)罐內(nèi)液面如果低于泵的入口時(shí)應(yīng)關(guān)閉砂泵,待鉆井液充滿罐后再啟動(dòng),避免氣蝕損壞泵。5、在寒冷的冬季或要較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間終止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),要擰開泵殼下的螺塞,放掉泵殼內(nèi)的鉆井液,以免鉆井液凝結(jié)而影響下次使用。6、應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查泵軸承部位和盤根部位的溫升情況,一般溫升不得超過40 (總溫度為:環(huán)境溫度+40。7、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中發(fā)生異常響聲時(shí),應(yīng)立即停泵,待排除故障后再啟動(dòng)砂泵。8、新砂泵及其密封裝置均已經(jīng)過認(rèn)真調(diào)試和出廠檢驗(yàn),不要隨便打開,也不要擰動(dòng)或取下調(diào)節(jié)螺栓。八.常見故障及排除方法 九、特性曲線 十、主要零部件及易損件 2、泵頭零

10、配件 注:1. XX-葉輪代碼-第一個(gè)X 等于葉輪直徑減4,例如10=6,9=5 等等。14 葉輪用字母A代表;2. 第二個(gè)X 等于1/8的倍數(shù).例如1/8=1, 1/4=2 ,等等。如一個(gè)10.5的葉輪就是64, 12的葉輪就是80, 13.25的葉輪就是92 等等;3. 13、tion RangeJSB series centrifugal sand pump mainly supplies to solids control circulating system of oilfield drill rig,and be used to provide drilling liquid with a certain discharge capacity and pressure to sand, desilter and mud mixer,to assure these equipments work efficiently.The JSB10×8

14、5;14 centrifugal sand pump applies to over 3000-meter-long drilling rigs,with big viscosity and specific gravity drilling fluid.The JSB8×6×14 centrifugal sand pmp applies to over 3000-meter-long drilling rigs.The JSB8×6×11 centrifugal sand pump applies to under 3000-meter-long dr

15、illing rigs,also can be can be used to supply mud to triplex mud pump as a filling pump.The JSB6×5×11 centrifugal sand pump applies to truck-mounted drilling rigs or pocket drilling rigs.The JSB4×3 centrifugal sand pump is usually used as measuring pump or replenishment pump.The JSB3&

Main Structure ,Feature and Working PrincipleIts main parts are pump shell, impellers, bearing block, pump axle, bearing, shaft coupling,wearing plate, seal apparatus, oil seal, motor and base.the following is the structural dwg. of

17、 the pumps. The Series Centrifugal Sand Pump has these features:(1 Open impeller,apply to transport high viscosity drilling liquid.(2 Combination seal for a long service life.(3 Use universal bearing houses and bearings,convenient to maintain and cut the costs.(4 The major parts are made from antiwe

18、ar nodular iron,and long service life.The prinple is that under the motor, the impellers of the pump rotate at high speed, the dring fluid is sucked into the suction pipe. After the drilling fluid flows through the suction pipe and gets enough energy and velocity under the centrifugal force, the dri

When use a new sand pump or the mechanical seal is changed newly, keep thepacking bushing in relexed state to avoid wearing out the antiwear sleeveprematurely.b. After working one year,and the mechanical seal fail

21、s,the pump is sealed bypackings by compressing the packing bushing with the holdingdown bolt.Whenthe packing bushing fails to adjust,add a packing(packing section is 12mm×12mm.c. After shaft sleeve antiwear layer wears out, change the mechanical seal and shaft sleeve in time.5. Bearing cavity m

22、aintenancea. Grease is 3# extra press lithium base grease,input it 50ml bearing every 3 monthsb. Cleaning bad grease of bearing cavity every half year.6. Installation and AdjustmentA. Installationa. The pump should be placed on well site as possible to the sand, the desilter or the compounder.b. The

23、 pump suction port should be over 200mm to the tank bottom,and the discharge port of the working machine connected to the pump should be over 2m to the suction port.As the following: c. Motor cable must contain earth wire preventive electric leakage.d. Assure a good sealing of all the connection,no

24、fluid leakage and air leakage. e. !After installing , make sure the pump rotation direction is correct.!f. Installation dimensions B. AdjustmentIf there is no special requirement,our pumps are used the following coupling. 1-Motor coupling 2-Pump coupling 3-Coupling rubber Good service life of the pu

25、mp and driver depends upon good alignment through the flexible coupling.If the electric motor was mounted at the factory,the pump and motor were in alignment when shipped.The alignment between the driver and pump should be inspected after installation to ensure that transportation or other handling

26、has not caused misalignment of the unit.Poor alignment may cause failure of the coupling, pump, or motor bearings, or of either shaft.The recommended procedure for coupling adjustment is by the use of a dial indicator, as illustrated in the following.The dial indicator is attached to one coupling ha

27、lf with the indicator button resting on the O.D. of the other coupling half to measure offset misalignment.To measure angular misalignment,the indicator is positioned so that the button rests on the face, near the O.D.,of the other coupling half. Rotate the shaft and dial indicator one full revoluti

28、on while the other shaft remains stationary and note the T.I.R.Unless otherwise specified by the coupling manufacturer,offset misalignment should be limited to 0.4mm(0.005 inches and angular misalignment should be limited to 0.4mm(0.005inches.Adjust misalignment by loosening driver or pump mounting

29、bolts and re-tightening or shimming as required. Measuring Offset Alignment Measuring Angular Alignment In areas where a dial indicator arrangement is not available, an adequate job of alignment can be done with a straight edge.This method is especially useful if the coupling used contains an all ru

30、bber drive element.To check offset misalignment, lay the straight edge in line with the shafts on the O.D.s of the coupling halves.There should be no gaps under the straight edge. Check two locations 90º apart.Angular misalignment can be checked by measuring the gap between coupling half faces.

31、There should be no more than 1/64 gap under the straight edge or 1/64 variation in the gap between coupling halves. Measuring Offset Alignment Measuring Angular Alignment7. Operation!Prior to start the motor, make sure the motor rotating direction is kept same with the marked direction on motor hous

32、ing. Otherwise, reset the motor terminal to make sure the direction is consistent.!a If the sand pump is newly installed or re-used after a long period of time, check the lubrication and junction carefully. First of all, lubricant is filled into the seal cavity and the bearing cavity.Never is there

33、foreign matters in the pump cavity.b The impellers of the pump are connected to the pump axle through screw. At the first usage, ensure that the rotating direction is correspondent to that labeled on the pump shell, or the impellers will be removed to touch the protection plate in front of it and th

34、e pump will be damadged quickly.c The sand pump should be started at the condition that the suction vavle is open and the exhaust vavle is closed. After running for 12min, open the exhaust vavle and adjust the pump pressure. If the pump pressure and flow rate too high or too low, or the motor is too

35、 hot, adjust the opening of the exhaust vavle till the pump is running stably.d When the fluid surface in the circulation tank is low, turn off the pump and restart it after the tank is filled. V apor crrossion can be avoided.e In cold season or for a long time of no running, remove the screw plug under the bottom of the pump shell to let the fluid out for preventing it from condensing. f Often check the
