22、parations before start the machineA. 壓縮機內(nèi)部有大量潤滑油,如果使用環(huán)境溫度過低時機油會凍結(jié),在機油凍結(jié)的情況下運行壓縮機將會縮短壓縮機使用的壽命,在首次開機前應先對機油進行加熱機油升溫20分鐘才啟動壓縮機.a large number of oil within the compressor, the oil will freeze if the ambient temperature is too low, to run the compressor in the case of frozen oil will shorten the life-spa

23、n of the compressor, to heat the oil up for 20 minutes before start new compressorB.機油加熱方法是:合上電箱內(nèi)總開關(guān),給電箱通電,壓縮機油箱加熱器便開始給機油加熱.Oil heating method: close main switch in the electric box, power the electric box on, compressor heater begin to heat the oil.C:油箱加熱器開關(guān)不用人工操作,電箱通電后,壓縮機在停止狀態(tài)時，油箱加熱器處于加熱狀態(tài),壓縮機運行狀

24、態(tài)時,油箱加熱器處于停止加熱狀態(tài).The tank heater switch will operate automatically after the electric box was powered, tank heater is in a heating state when the compressor is in the stop mode, tank heater is in a stop-heating state when the compress is in a running mode.D:如果在低溫環(huán)境使用時,在停止狀態(tài)時建議不要關(guān)掉電源總開關(guān)please do not

28、the use of emergence stop switch for shutdown use in the normal practice6.電箱面板上的綠色啟動按鈕與觸摸屏中的啟動按鈕功能相同,用于啟動制冰機the green start button on the electric box share the same function with the start button in the touch screen, which used to start the ice machine.7.面板上的紅色停止按鈕與觸摸屏中的停止按鈕功能相同,用于停止機器the red stop

29、button on the panel share the same function with the stop button in the touch screen , which used to stop the machine8機器停止時應正確操作，從觸摸屏或面板上的停止按鈕關(guān)機，這樣壓縮機就會進入關(guān)機程序，關(guān)機過程大約90秒，停止按鈕按動后，壓縮機進入50%負載運行約30秒后，進入25%負載運行，60秒后關(guān)閉電源。減載關(guān)機可延長壓縮機的使用壽命。并且在下次開機啟動時能從25%負載狀態(tài)起動，降低啟動電流。proper operation should be taken when sto

40、is button can changer to automatic state操作畫面用于啟動與停止制冰機operation screen used to start and stop ice flake machine模式選擇用于選擇:手動操作或與自動操作,手動操作與自動操作的轉(zhuǎn)換必須在機器停止狀態(tài)下才能進行轉(zhuǎn)換,在機器不停止狀態(tài)按鈕無效.在通常操作中只使用自動模式,機器的各部件啟動狀態(tài)由PLC控制完成.手動操作只用于維修人員檢修單個部件時使用,在非技術(shù)人員非維修需要使用時可能因?qū)C器的不正當手動操作,導致壓縮機損壞,故手動操作禁止非維修人員使用,手動畫面只有用戶3以上的權(quán)限才能進入,mo

45、o work-the button shows green- re-click the button , then the button turns grey , the pump stops to run維修使用是需注意,手動功能,為了起到檢修的作用,所以屏蔽了一些報警功能,例如打開壓縮機時,壓縮機運行但只檢測壓縮機的高低壓,油壓油位系統(tǒng),其它部件不檢測,這時需要按通常制冰機的運行步驟一一啟動相應的部件,故只有熟悉制冷的人員才可操作在手動畫面中只有停止所有部件才能退出,關(guān)閉所有手動開關(guān)后擊返回自動按鈕退出手動畫面,這時將返回操作畫面.進入自動模式.非維修需要，不得使用手動操作。Notice
