1、塑料件尺寸公差1 范圍本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了注射、壓制、擠塑等成型的熱塑性和熱固性塑料(不包括二次加工和發(fā)泡成型的塑料件)尺寸公差、偏差、公差等級的選用、測量條件和測量方法。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要適用于電子產(chǎn)品用塑料件尺寸公差,其他產(chǎn)品用塑料件尺寸公差,亦可參照采用。2 引用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所包含的條文,通過在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中引用而構(gòu)成本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的條文。在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)出版時,所示版本均為有效。所有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都會被修訂,使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的各方應(yīng)探討使用下列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)最新版本的可能性。GB1800-79 公差與配合 總論 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)公差與基本偏差GB3177-82 光滑工件尺寸的檢驗(yàn)GJB4458.5-84 機(jī)械制圖 尺寸公差與配合注法3 定義3.1基本尺寸 basic

2、 size設(shè)計(jì)給定的尺寸。3.2實(shí)際尺寸 actral size通過測量所得的尺寸。3.3尺寸公差 dimensional tolerance允許尺寸的變動量。3.4尺寸偏差 dimensional deviation某一尺寸減去基本尺寸所得的代數(shù)差。3.5塑料收縮率 plastic shringkage塑料件尺寸與相應(yīng)模具尺寸之差的絕對值與相應(yīng)模具尺寸之比。3.6徑向收縮率 radial shringkage指料流方向的塑料收縮率。3.7切向收縮率 tangential shringkage指垂直于料流方向的塑料收縮率。3.8收縮特性值 contraction chararcteristic

3、 value表示料流方向和垂直于料流方向的塑料綜合收縮能力,以2倍徑向減去切向收縮的絕對值之差表示。3.9受模具活動部分影響的尺寸 size effected movable parts of mould由模具活動零件決定的塑料件尺寸。4 公差及偏差規(guī)定4.1尺寸公差、偏關(guān)的規(guī)定基本尺寸范圍為3至600mm?;境叽绶侄?至120mm。采用不均勻遞增數(shù)列:1401600mm,采用R20優(yōu)先數(shù)系。4.2公差等級及數(shù)值公差等級分為10級,每一級公差數(shù)值按表1規(guī)定。43 偏差的規(guī)定本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)只規(guī)定公差,而基本尺寸的上下偏差,可按需要分配。例如:60mm的6級公差為0.32mm,其上下偏差可分配為:60m
