2、則倆月,多則兩年,風雨無阻,坎坷的征途上,雖曾有過失敗的淚水,但最終收獲了成功的喜悅。我很欣慰,95%的初三孩子最終取得了優(yōu)異的成績,李想同學考取了119分,取得了北京市英語單科狀元,實在難得。還有一批學生在116,114,112的高分,也非易事。因為,我所接的這些學生,原來都是中下等或者落后的學生。我很欣慰,被名校簽約的學生中,我的學生有好幾位。比如,八中分校的朱宸來被八中本部簽約。更有拒絕學生簽約,非要自己考,而且最終考出優(yōu)異成績的朝陽工大附中學生蔡雨汀。我很欣慰,我的學生里有只學英語三四年就被美國兩所中學錄取的,他是理工附分校的學生程驛涵。我很欣慰,為一模65多,二模57多,最終中考考了

3、93的睿瀅同學。為初二時還是五六十多分,經(jīng)過兩年、一年的輔導,到了中考得了102,103分的同學,他們是西外的黃旭鑫和三帆的張新宇。說實話,幫助一個學弱生比我教出一個狀元我還高興。我一直認為:雪中送炭比錦上添花更有意義。我很慶幸,今年的中考作文題建議信又成功被我壓中。建議信作文是我給每個孩子第一節(jié)課都要教的作文,也是我最后領學生練的壓軸作文的第一梯隊的第四篇。去年曾經(jīng)在考前兩天組織學生練世博會給上海交通帶來的變化,而去年中考考的就是北京公交的變化。成功的路不是一帆風順的,在我們學習的路上,有的人的成績曾經(jīng)出現(xiàn)過一次倒退,兩次不理想。但是,我們并沒有放棄。這時候,我會承擔責任,自責自己。但是家長

12、自己的不足。第二步:上課環(huán)節(jié)。聽老師講解,并讓學生在課堂上就理解、背會所有知識點。第三步:學后測試。測出學生的學后水平,和學前測試的成績相對比,讓學生的進步自己看得見,并用達到量化形式反映出學生進步,從而樹立學生的自信心和自豪感。讓學生吶喊:“這節(jié)課我學透了,我進步很多奧,原來英語提分這么容易,Everything is so easy! 舉例來說:學生的學前測試如果是40分,講后的學后測試如果是50分,60分,那是不收學費的,因為這進步效果很小。只有達到了80分,甚至90分以上才會收學費。讓家長放心。(三)“三承諾”的質(zhì)量保證 現(xiàn)在的學生做題,很多學生是語法欠缺,有的是蒙對了,有的是憑感覺作
