1、Procedure for Chemical Cleaning of condensate and feed water pipeline system 凝結(jié)水和鍋爐給水管道系統(tǒng)化學(xué)清洗程序1.0 SCOPE范圍This procedure covers the chemical cleaning of Pre-Boiler (Condensate and feed water pipe system) for Sumsel-5 2x150 MW Coal Fired Steam Power Plant Project 該程序是Sumsel-5 2x150MW燃煤發(fā)電廠項(xiàng)目的鍋爐前（凝結(jié)水和給

2、水管道系統(tǒng)）化學(xué)清洗。2.0 PURPOSE目的The purpose is to clear the impurities from inner surface of the pre-boiler water pipe line, such as metal debris, oxide, oil, dust, and metal oxide produced in inner surface during equipment manufacturing and installation, and to ensure the water and steam quality of pre-boi

3、ler water system.3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責(zé)3.1 The T/G Area Manager shall make sure that is implemented at site汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)區(qū)域經(jīng)理應(yīng)確保在施工現(xiàn)場實(shí)施化學(xué)清洗。3.2 The Piping Superintendent or engineers are responsible for implementation of this instruction. He has to check that requirement in chemical cleaning is properly a

4、dhered to as indicated in this instruction.管道主管或工程師負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行該措施。他們應(yīng)在化學(xué)清洗期間檢查,要求正確地履行這個(gè)措施。3.3 The chemical cleaning Supervisor is responsible for the arrangement of all processes involved in the execution of chemical cleaning work. He has to make sure that standard code practice is applied accordingly.化學(xué)清

5、洗主管應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)所有進(jìn)程的安排，參與化學(xué)清洗工作的執(zhí)行。他必須確保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)慣例相應(yīng)的執(zhí)行。3.4 The QA/QC personnel in charge of chemical cleaning are responsible in assuring that the requirement in this procedure are properly implemented and followed.QA / QC人員負(fù)責(zé)化學(xué)清洗，負(fù)責(zé)確保本程序的要求正確地實(shí)施和跟蹤。4.0CLEANING SCOPE清洗范圍The condensate system and boiler feed water

(Mecanical Cleaning after and before Dearator and Condensate )凝結(jié)水系統(tǒng)和鍋爐給水系統(tǒng)（在除氧器和凝結(jié)水前后機(jī)械清洗）。5.0 Necessary Precondition Check 所需要的預(yù)先檢查The following systems must be normal and can be put be operation separately and have corresponding operation measures. 下列系統(tǒng)必須正常,可以單獨(dú)操作并且有相應(yīng)的操作措施。(1) Hydraulic

7、pressure test for the system must be finish.系統(tǒng)水壓試驗(yàn)必須完成。(2) Insulation in the system should be completed.系統(tǒng)保溫應(yīng)當(dāng)完成。(3) Finish the trial operation of Condensate Transfer Pumps and Condensate Drain pumps and feed water pumps.凝結(jié)水輸送泵，凝結(jié)水排放泵和給水泵運(yùn)行完成。(4)Finish the trial operation of pneumatic & motorize

All kinds of desuperheating water should be completely close

There is reliable communication equipment. 現(xiàn)場通道暢通和照明足夠。有可靠的通信設(shè)備。(8) Prepare qualified chemicals for alkali cleaning. 合格的化學(xué)藥品應(yīng)準(zhǔn)備用于堿沖洗。(9)During chemical cleaning period, there should be cont

10、inuously industrial water supply, demineralized water supply, steam supply, waste fluid discharge and disposal condition. Keep full of industrial water and demineralized water in advance, boiler make-up water processing system should have continuous operating condition. 化學(xué)清洗期間,應(yīng)該有連續(xù)的工業(yè)供水、除鹽水供應(yīng)、供汽、廢液

14、要的話） 7.0 ALKALI CLEANING PROCEDURE堿清洗程序 (1) Initial Water Filling to the Piping System, Start Circulating Water Pump and Check water leakage, and make sure there is no leakage at all connection. The mixing tank (Chemical Dozing point) will use Condenser Hot well.初始加水到管道系統(tǒng),啟動(dòng)循環(huán)水泵,檢查滲漏情況,確保整個(gè)連接系統(tǒng)無泄漏?；?/p>

15、合箱(化學(xué)加藥點(diǎn))將使用凝汽器熱井。(2) If the temperature water could not reach 60-800C, then Inject steam from auxiliary steam system to Deaerator to keep the water solution temperature up to 60-800C。如果水溫度不能達(dá)到60-80度,然后從輔助蒸汽系統(tǒng)注入蒸汽到除氣器，保持水的溶解溫度高達(dá)6080度。(3) Fill Alkali/Degreaser to condenser Hot well and keep the pH 10

16、-12.加入堿/脫脂劑到凝汽器熱井和pH值10-12。(4) Circulate 8-10 hours continuously and check the PH and Oil Content every 30 minute.循環(huán)持續(xù)8-10小時(shí), 每30分鐘檢查PH值和含油量。(5) Stop Circulation Pump if the oil content reach the stable value (Three times).停止循環(huán)泵，如果含油量達(dá)到穩(wěn)定值(三次)。(6) Drain the solution and pump out to the permanent was

17、te pond.排放溶液并且泵出到永久廢液池內(nèi)。(7) Line up Clean water to the piping system.管道系統(tǒng)加入清潔水。(8) Start circulation pump up to 2 hours.啟動(dòng)循環(huán)泵2個(gè)小時(shí)。(9) Take sample and analyzed value of pH, and turbidity every one hour. (Visually clear water and pH=7-9).取樣并分析PH值，每個(gè)小時(shí)渾濁度檢查（外觀清潔水PH=7-9）. (10) Drain the rinsing water to

18、 the permanent waste pond. Re-filling with fresh water and start circulation again. This procedure shall be done until the water visually clear and clean.排放沖洗水到永久的廢料池。重新加淡水和重新開始循環(huán)。這個(gè)過程應(yīng)當(dāng)做直到水在視覺上清晰和干凈。8.0 Alkali Cleaning Circulation Route堿清洗循環(huán)路徑Condenser Hot Well use as Mixing Tank and Condensate Pum

21、箱10 m3(3) Mixing pump 70 m3攪拌泵70 m3(4) Panel pump泵盤柜(5) Spectrophotometer, pH meter分光光度儀，PH儀。(6) Conductivity digital temperature數(shù)字溫度導(dǎo)電率。11.0 Safety precaution 安全預(yù)防措施(1)The chemical cleaning personnel must be qualified training. Complete and enough individual guard goods are prepared. The individual

22、 guard goods mainly includes: rubber gloves, rubber shoes, protective glasses and protective mask.化學(xué)清洗人員必須經(jīng)過合格的訓(xùn)練。準(zhǔn)備齊全和充足的個(gè)人防護(hù)設(shè)備。個(gè)人防護(hù)設(shè)備包括：橡膠手套，橡膠鞋，防護(hù)性眼鏡和防護(hù)性面具。(2) Electric welding, fire source and smoking are prohibited on the boiler and in the field during chemical cleaning. High altitude work is p

23、rohibited above cleaning panel, temporary laboratory test and duty room to prevent matters dropping from high place. 化學(xué)清洗期間禁止在鍋爐上和本區(qū)域內(nèi)電焊，火源和煙。禁止清洗盤柜的高空作業(yè)。臨時(shí)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和值班室負(fù)責(zé)阻止高空墜落事宜。(3) Enough foam and fire extinguishers should be prepared for chemical cleaning in field. The materials and tools for urgent r

24、epair and eliminating defect such as steel wire, and acid resistant rubber should be prepared.在化學(xué)清洗現(xiàn)場準(zhǔn)備足夠的滅火泡沫和滅火器。用于緊急修改的材料的工具以及剔除缺陷的工具，例如，鋼絲繩，耐酸橡膠等需準(zhǔn)備好。(4) The lighting system is enough in field.現(xiàn)場應(yīng)有充足照明系統(tǒng)。(5) Make barricade from color tape around the boiler, pump room and cleaning tank, and the a

25、larming signs with notable writing of “NO SMOKING AND FIRE” “NO ADMITTANCE EXCEPT ON BUSSINUSE” “DANGEROUS ACID LIQUIT” etc.用彩色膠帶做成路障圍在鍋爐，泵房和清洗泵周圍。警示標(biāo)牌需用顯著地文字標(biāo)注，例如 NO SMOKING AND FIRE （禁止煙火），NO ADMITTANCE EXCEPT ON BUSINESS（閑人免進(jìn)），DANGEROUS ACID LIQUIT (危險(xiǎn)酸性液體).(6) Remove all unnecessary goods remain
