3、參:新視野商務(wù)英語視聽說(上冊(cè))教師用書外語教學(xué)與研究出版社出版。課件:隨教材附帶電子光盤。教學(xué)方法選擇案例教學(xué)法、小組討論法、角色扮演法,交際教學(xué)法等。【學(xué)生課前準(zhǔn)備】知識(shí): 1. 商務(wù)接待和溝通相關(guān)英文表達(dá)2. 查閱商務(wù)接機(jī)和入住的相關(guān)禮儀工具: 1. 字典 2. 教材【教師課前準(zhǔn)備】多媒體課件、視頻錄像、商務(wù)接機(jī)和入住相關(guān)禮儀材料、接機(jī)牌,花束等師生問好,教師詢問考勤,了解學(xué)生出勤情況。( 30 秒)復(fù)習(xí)上節(jié)課的重點(diǎn)詞匯及語句表達(dá),以幾個(gè)相關(guān)提問的方式,要求學(xué)生準(zhǔn)確回答相關(guān)表達(dá)。( 2分鐘)新課導(dǎo)入(13 分鐘)1. 提出三個(gè)有關(guān)商務(wù)接待重要性的問題,使學(xué)生在討論中初步認(rèn)識(shí)到接待來訪的重

4、要性。分組討論問題;請(qǐng)幾位同學(xué)代表回答相關(guān)問題;最后教師給出評(píng)價(jià)。2. 根據(jù)本節(jié)課的案例,給出任務(wù)。 挑選五家公司中的兩家進(jìn)行接機(jī)及辦理酒店入住情景模擬。使各組學(xué)生對(duì)此學(xué)習(xí)情境中的兩個(gè)工作任務(wù)及流程有了初步的認(rèn)識(shí)和理解。糾正在情景模擬中出現(xiàn)語言不規(guī)范、禮節(jié)應(yīng)用不當(dāng)以及溝通不暢等問題。這就為本節(jié)課程的展開做了很好的導(dǎo)入作用。新課講授1. 案例展示(5分鐘)通過視頻播放展示本節(jié)課的公司案例, 使學(xué)生了解接機(jī)及辦理酒店入住流程。Students regard to teacher, and check on work attendanceReview the important words and

14、介紹正確的接機(jī)及辦理酒店入住流程。4. 重點(diǎn)用語介紹(12 分鐘)教師將適合本節(jié)課主題的接待用語進(jìn)行歸納、總結(jié),向?qū)W生介紹講解在機(jī)場(chǎng)接待及辦理酒店入住時(shí)與外商進(jìn)行良好溝通的用語和句子。此部分為學(xué)生展開情景模擬做鋪墊。5. 情景模擬及角色扮演:( 30 分鐘)學(xué)習(xí)情境及角色介紹: 你是一家公司的外貿(mào)部經(jīng)理,與你公司有貿(mào)易往來的加拿大ASC公司貿(mào)易代表威爾森女士將于近日抵達(dá)你所在的城市,與你進(jìn)行貿(mào)易洽談, 請(qǐng)安排好相關(guān)工作人員到機(jī)場(chǎng)迎接并幫助辦理酒店入住。情景模擬及角色扮演: 根據(jù)這節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí)情境,教師將五家公司進(jìn)行任務(wù)劃分,其中一家公司為來訪公司,其余四家為接待公司, 分別要求他們按照正確的流程

15、完成接機(jī)及辦理酒店入住流程。要求語言得體,溝通得當(dāng),工具選擇正確,展現(xiàn)良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力和跨文化交際能力。(注: 教師會(huì)為學(xué)生提前準(zhǔn)備好接機(jī)牌、 鮮花、 房卡等工具供學(xué)生選擇。 )評(píng)價(jià)及總結(jié)(18 分鐘)在整個(gè)情景模擬過程中,教師進(jìn)行監(jiān)控、引導(dǎo)、 督促和鼓勵(lì),讓學(xué)生成為課堂的主角。最后進(jìn)行組內(nèi)自評(píng)和組組互評(píng),找出各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),由教師對(duì)各小組進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評(píng), 作總結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià)。之后進(jìn)行此學(xué)習(xí)情境的小結(jié),完成本學(xué)習(xí)情境的學(xué)習(xí)。布置作業(yè)(1 分 30 秒)About the hotelWe ve reserved a room for you on the 5 th floor.What a cozy and
