1、Literary T erms1. Alliteration:alliteration is the repetition of a speech sound in a sequence of nearby words. The term is usually applied only to consonants, and only when the recurrent sound begins a word ora stressed syllable within a word.2. Romance:It is a literary genre(類(lèi)型,風(fēng)格popular in the Mid
2、dle Ages (5th century to 15th century, dealing, in verse or prose, with legendary(傳奇的. 著名的, supernatural, or amorous subjects and characters. The name refers to Romance languages and originally denoted any lengthy composition in one of those languages. Later the term was applied to tales specificall

Negative capacity:The phrase used by the English poet John Keats to describe the quality of self lesser captivity necessary
8、to a true poet.12.the Oxford Movement (1833-1845:It was a movement of High Church Anglicans, eventually developing into Anglo-Catholicism.13. the Aesthetic Movement:It places art above life, and holds that life should imitate art, not art imitate life. According to the aesthetes, all artistic creati
