4、internship during the summer holiday and I stayed there for two weeks.Honestly, my job was too easy to know my career planning.I had claes with high school students, made notes carefully as well.Then, I finished my homework earnestly like others.The heaviest task was read documents with remarks.I be

5、came unsatisfied gradually.So I told my teacher directly that I need more hard tasks.To my surprise he refused my claim and asked me to wait and observe.I listened to him and did as he said.Soon I found although I was a sophomore and paed CET6, I still need guidance with knowledge of high school.I a

6、lways found the mistakes they made were my mistakes too when I read over their papers.Finally I knew the reason why my teacher asked me to observe and think over, I tried my best to teach and tutor them when they turned me for help.One of my teacher said that my major was a pretty choice because the

7、re were a lot of countries and corporations need talents of English.And apparently economic globalization is closer and closer to us.As long as study by heart in the four years of university, I will be able to make great progre.As it knows that its a toilsome thing to learn language.There is no dire

8、ct way to succe without remembering all the words and grammar, besides, it is more important to have good spoken English.The most important is social practice.Our focus is now on the more challenging ambition of getting ourselves to take up several hours English.It is a meaningful thing for our univ

9、ersity student to e_ercise ourselves full enough, accumulate e_perience and grow up with practice in the society.“A journey of a thousand miles begins with single step”, it was an important e_perience and a bridge to go to the society of that internship.It also has a very great help to be going to w

10、ork in the future.We need to earnestly implement the principles in real life seriously such as humbly waiting other peoples help, abide by the discipline and units rules and regulations.Work is very different from study.Work needs more practice and e_perience from all aspects; the more you do, the m

13、acher.Is the so-called pany, thus, we can learn a lot of knowledge and truth to them.Like The Old Saying:” three-line, it certainly has to be my teacher”.假期社會(huì)實(shí)踐報(bào)告（中英文版對(duì)照）我是交通運(yùn)輸系報(bào)關(guān)與國際貨運(yùn)2班的學(xué)生，我認(rèn)為上班也是一種實(shí)踐，在大都會(huì)人壽保險(xiǎn)公司從事電銷工作近半年，假期及每周星期六星期天我都會(huì)過去上班，我希望我畢業(yè)之后能更好的與社會(huì)接觸，畢竟我都20歲了，我認(rèn)為我們?cè)摓樽约贺?fù)起責(zé)任，有的說大學(xué)生的主要工作是學(xué)習(xí)，做兼職

14、會(huì)浪費(fèi)精力和時(shí)間不值得提倡，有的則認(rèn)為大學(xué)是學(xué)校和社會(huì)的橋梁，我們畢業(yè)之后都得面對(duì)社會(huì)，兼職也是一個(gè)鍛煉的好機(jī)會(huì)，在我眼中依然一樣，這取決于你的目的是什么，是為了學(xué)習(xí)新東西呢？還是為了真正的掙錢？做電銷是我人生當(dāng)中第一份工作也為我贏來了人生當(dāng)中的第一桶金，我知道它的重量和不容易也讓我學(xué)會(huì)很多，至少是一個(gè)從學(xué)生到職業(yè)人之間的轉(zhuǎn)換。我至今不愿放棄是因?yàn)槿松谟趯W(xué)習(xí)，當(dāng)電話那頭傳來一個(gè)又一個(gè)的拒絕，當(dāng)我情緒受影響不穩(wěn)定時(shí)我知道了怎樣去面對(duì)去更好的處理。這不正是我們做兼職社會(huì)實(shí)踐的目的嗎？這是我在學(xué)校所學(xué)習(xí)不到的，我認(rèn)為我們?cè)趯W(xué)習(xí)學(xué)習(xí)好理論知識(shí)然后把它運(yùn)用到工作實(shí)踐當(dāng)中這才是我們上大學(xué)及學(xué)習(xí)的主要目的

15、。我也學(xué)習(xí)到了如何為人處事，建立屬于自己的人際圈子，在半年工作當(dāng)中我結(jié)交了很多朋友，幾乎都是在校大學(xué)生有的甚至是碩士，但是我們的業(yè)績都差不多，我認(rèn)為只要肯努力學(xué)習(xí)，我將來會(huì)超過他們的!其實(shí)任何工作都一樣就看你用什么態(tài)度去對(duì)待，所謂“態(tài)度決定高度”。其實(shí)在我工作的時(shí)候遇見的問題遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不只這些，有的是自己沒有調(diào)整好心態(tài)造成的失敗，心態(tài)良好是做好電話營銷的墊腳石。一個(gè)單位機(jī)構(gòu)就像一個(gè)馬達(dá)，每個(gè)部門是不同的工作單元，每個(gè)員工是具體的零件，馬達(dá)良好運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)就需要每個(gè)員工的共同協(xié)作,協(xié)作的橋梁是溝通。成員之間能夠良好的將自己的意見和建議表達(dá)給對(duì)方，才能使我們的馬達(dá)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的更加有序。溝通在組織中就如人的血脈,在生活

16、中也同樣的重要。如果溝通不暢，就如血管栓塞，其后果是可想而知的。所以要學(xué)會(huì)溝通，就要一定懂得其途徑。因?yàn)樗恢皇钦Z言，還包括動(dòng)作、姿態(tài)、眼神、表情等等。有時(shí)一個(gè)眼神，一句我來了，抱一下肩膀，笑一笑都會(huì)有很大的作用,讓你工作開心、事業(yè)有成。溝通的重要目的就是人際關(guān)系，如果你的人際關(guān)系不好、溝通不暢，工作就不會(huì)順心。因?yàn)闆]有人會(huì)和不懂溝通的人有良好的合作的。所以在生活和工作當(dāng)中溝通是相當(dāng)重要的。生活中沒有溝通，就沒有快樂人生。事業(yè)中沒有溝通，就沒有成功。工作中沒有溝通，就沒有效率。通過這次社會(huì)實(shí)踐，讓我不僅僅是學(xué)會(huì)了如何贈(zèng)險(xiǎn)，更多的是一種人與人之間的交際能力。班級(jí)：報(bào)關(guān)與國際貨運(yùn)2班 學(xué)生：楊婷婷
