But at the same time China is bound to an important obligationits solemn promise to abide by all the rules and regulations of trade as agreed upon by all the WTO member countries. Under such circumstan

4、ces, it is necessary for China to open its market according to prevalent international conventions and practices and bring its mode of economic operation and management, along with relevant laws and regulations, into an international framework until absolute conformity is achieved. Against such a la

5、rger background, the physical and geographical concept of the nationality of an enterprise has been virtually eliminated. The intensification of international competition is bound to create resource allocation on a global scale. How to implement cross-population and trans-cultural management system

6、and comprehensively elevate international competitiveness is a challenging subject that enterprises in developing countries like China have to face. It is precisely based on this recognition that I, now on the verge of completing my undergraduate program, plans to pursue a masters program in managem

7、ent whereby I may study and research on how international economy operates and how multinational companies apply their effective management. My four-year undergraduate program in Broadcast and Television Journalism at the Department of Journalism and Information Communication of _ University of Scie

8、nce and Technology has enabled me to acquire an open mentality, acute insights and rich practical experience. I have been the top student of my class, not only because of my consistent No. 1 ranking in terms of academic performance but also because of my role as major organizer of a number of extrac

9、urricular activities related to journalistic practices. As vice head of our universitys TV station, I produced a great number of special feature programs. 30、2年國家留學(xué)基金資助出國留學(xué)項(xiàng)目一覽表及項(xiàng)目指南。 4、訪問學(xué)者(含博士后研究)或高級研究學(xué)者。 曾經(jīng)享受國家留學(xué)基金資助出國留學(xué)的人員，回國后工作須滿五年方可再次申請。 出國對于有些人來說是一件很普通的事情，但是對于家庭比較困難的學(xué)生來說就是天方夜譚，更別說去出國學(xué)習(xí)了，公費(fèi)留學(xué)為家庭不是很富裕的學(xué)生提供了機(jī)會。 三、公費(fèi)出國留學(xué)申請辦法 凡符合本簡章及有關(guān)出國留學(xué)項(xiàng)目規(guī)定申報(bào)條件的中國公民，均可按規(guī)定的程序和辦法申請國家留學(xué)基金資助出國留學(xué)。 1、國家留學(xué)基金全額資助項(xiàng)目、與有關(guān)國家互換獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金項(xiàng)目遵照“個(gè)人申請，專家評審，平等競爭，擇優(yōu)錄取”的方式進(jìn)行選拔，并由留學(xué)基金委委托有關(guān)國家留學(xué)基

31、金申請受理機(jī)構(gòu)(以下簡稱受理機(jī)構(gòu))受理，留學(xué)基金委不直接受理個(gè)人及單位的申請。受理機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)經(jīng)受咨詢、受理申請材料及對材料進(jìn)行審核等事宜。各受理機(jī)構(gòu)的地址及電話請上_網(wǎng)查詢。 自2022年1月5日起，各受理機(jī)構(gòu)將具體提供有關(guān)咨詢并受理申請。受理申請截止日期為2022年3月10日。 2、專項(xiàng)出國留學(xué)項(xiàng)目及有關(guān)合作項(xiàng)目遵照“個(gè)人申請，單位推薦，專家評審，平等競爭，擇優(yōu)錄取”的方式進(jìn)行選拔，由各有關(guān)單位按項(xiàng)目要求統(tǒng)一組織申報(bào)并提交申請材料，留學(xué)基金委不受理個(gè)人申請。 部分項(xiàng)目如高校基礎(chǔ)課任課教師出國研修項(xiàng)目、俄羅斯藝術(shù)類項(xiàng)目等，留學(xué)基金委將委托有關(guān)受理機(jī)構(gòu)受理申請(具體項(xiàng)目請查閱附件五通過受理機(jī)構(gòu)申請項(xiàng)目一覽表)。 其他項(xiàng)目由留學(xué)基金委按項(xiàng)目要求直接受理申請。部分項(xiàng)目的遴選事宜，留學(xué)基金委將按時(shí)在_網(wǎng)上公布并將遴選通知發(fā)至有關(guān)單位，在此之前暫不受理申請。具體申請辦法請查閱2022年國家留學(xué)基金資助出國留學(xué)項(xiàng)目指南。 四、公費(fèi)出國留學(xué)申請者應(yīng)提交以下申請材料： (1)國家留學(xué)基金管理委員會出國留學(xué)申請表(2022年版); (2)本人所在單位出具的由單位負(fù)責(zé)人簽發(fā)和蓋有單位公章的單位推薦意見表; (3)兩份由具有正高級專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)專家、學(xué)者出具并署名的推薦信(固定樣式); (4)
