1、.1摘 要LBP-250滾筒式泡罩包裝機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于輕工、醫(yī)藥和化工行業(yè),特別是藥品包裝。雖然我國的滾筒式泡罩包裝有了很大的開展,但是在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、性能、質(zhì)量、可靠性、價格、效勞等方面在與進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品的競爭中處于劣勢。因此,很有必要對滾筒式泡罩包裝機(jī)深入研究,對其機(jī)構(gòu)、原理、運(yùn)動、功能進(jìn)展研究分析,提供構(gòu)造簡單可靠、操作方便、自動化程度高、應(yīng)用圍廣的滾筒式泡罩包裝機(jī)。設(shè)計(jì)容主要分為四大局部:第一,系統(tǒng)地分析滾筒式泡罩包裝機(jī)的根本構(gòu)造和和工作原理,全面分析包裝機(jī)的工藝路線,得出傳動方案;第二,通過工作原里論述分析,對槽輪機(jī)構(gòu)、熱封合機(jī)構(gòu)、動力步進(jìn)機(jī)構(gòu),得出各構(gòu)造件的參數(shù);第三,通過數(shù)學(xué)建模,采用圖解法,

2、對運(yùn)動機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)展力學(xué)和運(yùn)動學(xué)分析校核;第四,根據(jù)前面所推導(dǎo)的理論,確定整體方案,根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)所得到的尺寸完成總裝配圖和其他零件圖紙。關(guān)鍵詞:泡罩包裝;成型;熱封合AbstractLBP-250 flat blister packaging machine is widely used in light industry, medicine and chemical industries, especially pharmaceutical packaging. 16、英文原文 PAGEREF _Toc462046466 h 33HYPERLINK l _Toc462046467附錄中文翻譯 PAGEREF _Toc462046467 h 37HYPERLINK l _Toc462046468附錄程序清單 PAGEREF _Toc462046468 h 39.1緒 論概述本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的題目是LBP-250泡罩包裝機(jī)成型熱封系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),這個題目是在九天制藥及春光包裝機(jī)械參觀后決定的。本包裝機(jī)主要是進(jìn)展顆粒料,例如膠囊進(jìn)展包裝。整個工作流程可分為藥品填充、熱塑薄膜成型、熱塑薄膜與覆蓋鋁箔的密封、打碼及沖裁四個局部。由于設(shè)計(jì)時間有限,本次只進(jìn)展成型及熱封合的設(shè)計(jì)。其

17、中成型采用吸塑成型,熱封采用熱壓封合。整個控制局部采用PLC控制,主要是對成型溫度、熱封溫度,及電機(jī)的控制。PLC是根據(jù)用戶需要來選擇相應(yīng)的模塊,用戶程序在系統(tǒng)程序上運(yùn)行和編制。正是其在系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行時擁有諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),使得技術(shù)人員與廣闊企業(yè)設(shè)備商在進(jìn)展控制器選擇時優(yōu)先選擇PLC作為系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的首選控制器。所以在此次設(shè)計(jì)中使用PLC作為本設(shè)備的控制模塊。研究意義藥用泡罩包裝機(jī)是一種用來包裝口服固體藥片的包裝機(jī)器。塑料硬片的加熱、成型等諸多操作往往都是在同一個藥用泡罩包裝機(jī)上完成的。為了使人們能夠更好的了解此類機(jī)械設(shè)備,筆者將此類系統(tǒng)設(shè)備具有的優(yōu)勢進(jìn)展了以下總結(jié)闡述:1、泡罩包裝具有良好的阻隔性。此類設(shè)備之

18、所以具有良好的阻隔性主要是由原材料自身的包裝決定的。通過與瓶裝藥品的比照可以看出,藥品經(jīng)過泡罩包裝之后能夠有效減少要求的污染且便于患者隨身進(jìn)展藥品攜帶,同時經(jīng)過泡罩包裝之后,藥片在相氣體阻隔性、透濕性等諸多方面也具有明顯的優(yōu)勢。 2、此類包裝的另一優(yōu)勢在于藥品包裝的平安性。藥品在采用泡罩包裝時整個過程是一氣呵成的,在包裝過程未完成之前,其藥片包裝不會完畢。通過泡罩包裝在進(jìn)展藥品包裝之前會對藥品進(jìn)展多種平安檢測,從根本上保證了包裝的平安性和衛(wèi)生性,使藥品誤裝現(xiàn)象降到最低。 LBP-250泡罩包裝機(jī)的方案設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)分析泡罩包裝機(jī)是一種廣泛用于片劑、膠囊等藥品及食品的包裝的包裝類機(jī)械,泡罩包裝機(jī)按

19、照封合方式不同,可以將其劃分為成型和熱壓兩類封合方式,且兩類方式都具有滾筒式和平板式兩類包裝方法。設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)使用藥品規(guī)格:平素片:20*6mm; 膠 囊:0號-3號; 糖衣片:10,說明此類軸承是合格的。執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算成型機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動與動力分析成型采用輥式成型,成型輥在齒輪的帶動下作勻速轉(zhuǎn)動,成型過程中成型輥部用冷水進(jìn)展冷卻,成型輥四周分布多個吸氣通道,如圖4.1所示。成型輥圖4.1成形機(jī)構(gòu)成型輥轉(zhuǎn)速:r/min成型輥直徑:153mm成型輥寬:140mm成型輥一周均勻分布六板泡罩模型。封合機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動與動力分析PVC硬片與鋁箔封合時,需將兩種材料壓緊。當(dāng)機(jī)器處于工作狀態(tài)時,采用網(wǎng)紋輥依靠彈簧的壓緊力與

20、成型輥壓合在一起,實(shí)現(xiàn)封合。當(dāng)更換PVC時需要將兩輥分開,本方案采用杠桿機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)此功能,如圖4.2所示。封合輥通過加熱管進(jìn)展加熱,封合輥的封合壓力由四個彈簧提供。封合壓力:F=42N48N封合溫度:封合輥開合移動的距離根據(jù)構(gòu)造選定:L12mm封合輥直徑:d=120mm封合輥寬:140mm封合輥圖4.2封合輥開合機(jī)構(gòu)輥式泡罩包裝機(jī)的工作循環(huán)圖打印沖裁牽引封合上料成型加熱圖4.3工作循環(huán)圖典型零部件構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)成型輥構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)圖4.4成型輥構(gòu)造圖如圖4.4所示,成型輥轉(zhuǎn)速n=r/min,根據(jù)所定生產(chǎn)率推出成型輥一周均勻分布6板泡罩模型,為了提高生產(chǎn)率將成型輥的泡罩加工成并排兩板,成型輥部中空,運(yùn)行過程中

21、可通過冷水進(jìn)展冷卻降溫,沿圓周方向均勻分布30個吸氣孔,氣孔直徑d=10mm。泡罩規(guī)格:80mm57mm8mm,由泡罩規(guī)格可知成型輥直徑d=153mm,寬L取140mm,成型輥?zhàn)蠖思庸せㄦI槽,尺寸如下列圖。成型輥材料:硬鋁封合輥構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)圖4.5封合輥構(gòu)造圖如圖4.5所示,封合輥部采用中空構(gòu)造,這樣可以有效防止運(yùn)行過程中產(chǎn)生的熱量直接傳遞到主軸,防止因發(fā)熱而影響主軸正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。封合輥兩端設(shè)有支架,通過螺栓連接到封合輥,使用鍵連接的方式將其與主軸連接在一起。封合輥外徑由構(gòu)造定位D=120mm,寬L=140mm,徑d=57mm。封合輥沿軸向均勻分布6各加熱管,封合溫度:150160??刂葡到y(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)選擇控

22、制器在本包裝機(jī)熱封系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中,控制器是必不可少的局部。而現(xiàn)如今在企業(yè)中被泛使用的有:PLC可編程控制器51系列單片機(jī),PIC單片機(jī)等。雖然PLC中沒有相關(guān)的繼電器設(shè)備,但其可以通過程序運(yùn)行以及系統(tǒng)其它功能來彌補(bǔ)繼電器缺失的缺乏。PLC硬件安裝簡單,組裝容易。外部接線有接線器,接線簡單,而且一次接好后,更換模塊時,把接線器安裝到新模塊上即可,都不必再接線。PLC工作可靠,出現(xiàn)故障的情況不多,這大大減輕了維修的工作量。PLC的外設(shè)很豐富,編程器種類很多,用起來都較方便,還有數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控器,可監(jiān)控PLC的工作。同時兼?zhèn)洹皵?shù)字量或模擬量輸入/輸出控制的能力。所以說PLC是工業(yè)企業(yè)控制的理想控制器,因而在本

23、次設(shè)計(jì)中使用PLC作為LPB-250的控制器。選擇PLCLBP-250包裝機(jī)在控制過程需要接收溫度傳感器的模擬量,所以選擇使用德國西門子生產(chǎn)的S7-200型PLC,CPU為224*P。S7-200型PLC自帶14路數(shù)字量輸入10路數(shù)字量輸出和2路模擬量輸入和1路模擬量輸出輸入口,6路高速計(jì)數(shù)器,雙向輸入。2個高速脈沖輸出,每路20KHZ,0.75A電流。2個10位輸入0V10V。1路10位輸出,032767對應(yīng)010V和020mA帶擴(kuò)展口,支持西門子原裝模塊及第三方功能同西門子原裝模塊的模塊。輸入4V電源不分正負(fù)方向,可有有效防止接錯電源燒毀PLC的情況。并且此類包裝機(jī)還增加了諸多功能,新興的

24、CPU具有大量的模擬量I/O和強(qiáng)大的控制能力。 圖5.1 CPU 224 *P本體集成的模擬量I/O接線圖 選擇傳感器本包裝機(jī)需要兩個溫度傳感器,經(jīng)網(wǎng)上查閱決定選用PT100貼片式溫度傳感器,具體型號為WZP100TTP。WZP-PT100溫度傳感器是由三局部組成。不同的局部在傳感器當(dāng)中起到的作用也是各不一樣。此類型號的溫度傳感器之所以采用航插接頭,主要是為了方便信號線的信號輸入傳遞,同時在出現(xiàn)故障時,也能方便管理人員更好的進(jìn)展障礙排除以及器件維修。此外,采用直接插拔的方式能夠方便器件之間的直接連接,減少用戶由于接線錯誤造成的虧損。此外,貼片式溫度傳感器與被測物體之間存在較大的未接觸面積,使得

25、其在進(jìn)展外表溫度測量方面相對其他溫度傳感器來講存在較大優(yōu)勢。圖5.2 WZP100TTP外形及參數(shù)5.4程序流程 圖5.3 程序流程圖設(shè)備開場運(yùn)行時,系統(tǒng)進(jìn)展初始化,初始化完成時,按下啟動按鈕,加熱指示燈亮,同時加熱輥和熱封輥加熱,溫度分別同時到達(dá)130和160時停頓加熱,電動機(jī)啟動,工作指示燈亮成型輥開場注入冷水,起到冷卻降溫作用。當(dāng)加熱輥溫度低于120時,則加熱輥繼續(xù)加熱,到達(dá)130是停頓加熱。同理,熱封輥溫度低于150時,繼續(xù)加熱,到達(dá)160停頓加熱。滿足以上條件,設(shè)備開場正常工作。5.5硬件電路的設(shè)計(jì)圖5.4 控制系統(tǒng)硬件電路圖圖5.6 輸入元件地址分配表圖5.7 輸出原件地址分配表畢

26、業(yè)論文總結(jié)在本次畢業(yè)論文完成之計(jì),本人大學(xué)四年學(xué)習(xí)生涯即將完畢?;厥兆约核哪甑拇髮W(xué)生活,想想四年接觸過的人、事即將進(jìn)展離開這片土地,本人會校園生活產(chǎn)生無限眷戀。通過本次畢業(yè)論文設(shè)計(jì),筆者能夠運(yùn)用自己所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識進(jìn)展畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),但由于本人自身的水平有限,以及調(diào)查研究設(shè)備簡陋,使得局部調(diào)查研究未能到達(dá)預(yù)期效果。通過教師指導(dǎo)并結(jié)合自身的專業(yè)所學(xué),本人最終選擇了“滾筒式泡罩包裝機(jī)封合系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)這篇論文進(jìn)展文章編寫,在確定了論文題目之后,筆者通過查閱大量的研究資料以及相關(guān)理論文獻(xiàn),開展本次畢業(yè)論文設(shè)計(jì)。雖然在本次畢業(yè)論文設(shè)計(jì)期間遇到較大的阻礙,但在教師的耐心指導(dǎo)和幫助之下,本次畢業(yè)論文最終順利完成。經(jīng)過幾

27、個月的學(xué)習(xí)編寫,本次畢業(yè)論文最終完成?;厥鬃陨碚麄€畢業(yè)論文編寫過程,其中經(jīng)歷的心酸和苦難只有自身能夠切身感受。雖然整個畢業(yè)論文設(shè)計(jì)的過程是非常辛苦的,但最終的畢業(yè)成果讓本人覺得一切付出都是值得的。通過畢業(yè)論文的編寫也是筆者對所學(xué)知識的重新學(xué)習(xí),將自身所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識得到真正的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用。在進(jìn)展畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)期間,本人煤炭都沉浸在知識的海洋當(dāng)中,在進(jìn)展公式查找以及資料查詢的過程雖然枯燥無昧,但本人卻充滿干勁,雖然威力能夠在規(guī)定時間完本錢次論文設(shè)計(jì),往往熬到深夜才能入睡,但在進(jìn)展畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)過程中本人卻學(xué)到了之前沒有學(xué)到的知識和精神,充實(shí)了自己專業(yè)知識的同時,表到達(dá)了堅(jiān)持、永不放棄精神的可貴。此外,諸多同學(xué)也在
