1、第10頁 共10頁農(nóng)村信譽(yù)金??I(yè)務(wù)操作規(guī)程暫行稿農(nóng)村信譽(yù)金??I(yè)務(wù)操作規(guī)程暫行稿 附件一 內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)農(nóng)村信譽(yù)社 金???4、全部交易流水列表;5、失敗交易流水列表;6、過失處理流水列表;7、跨境交易清單;8、跨行他代本清單;9、跨行本代他清單;10、農(nóng)民工卡特色效勞受理業(yè)務(wù)量統(tǒng)計(jì)表;11、聯(lián)網(wǎng)終端商戶統(tǒng)計(jì)表;12、預(yù)受權(quán)登記簿查詢表。 八、成品卡管理 1、制卡申請(qǐng) 旗縣聯(lián)社估算次季金??▊€(gè)人普通卡、個(gè)人附屬卡、金牛陽光卡需求量,上報(bào)自治區(qū)聯(lián)社電子銀行部。經(jīng)電子銀行部審核后,在系統(tǒng)中做制卡申請(qǐng)。 2、制卡 電子銀行部接到各旗縣聯(lián)社卡片申請(qǐng)后,由制卡人員在系統(tǒng)中做制卡申請(qǐng),并復(fù)核后,打印普通申

2、請(qǐng)表 記名卡個(gè)人記名卡、單位主附卡的發(fā)卡,由電子銀行部定期做記名卡批量制卡,下載打卡文件,交制卡廠制卡。 3、卡片入庫 成品卡制成后,由財(cái)務(wù)方案部要求制卡企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)將實(shí)物送到各旗縣聯(lián)社,并以系統(tǒng)記賬和登記成品卡出入庫登記簿。 4、卡片領(lǐng)用 旗縣聯(lián)社領(lǐng)用成品卡時(shí),持加蓋業(yè)務(wù)公章的預(yù)制卡申請(qǐng)清單到自治區(qū)財(cái)務(wù)部方案領(lǐng)用成品卡。領(lǐng)用時(shí),自治區(qū)聯(lián)社方案財(cái)務(wù)部專管人員將時(shí)間、數(shù)量、卡號(hào)等事項(xiàng)及時(shí)記錄成品卡出入庫登記簿,各旗縣聯(lián)社接收到制卡企業(yè)分送的成品卡實(shí)物時(shí)要逐一進(jìn)展核對(duì),如發(fā)現(xiàn)有重號(hào)、錯(cuò)號(hào)、漏號(hào)等情況,及時(shí)上報(bào)財(cái)務(wù)方案部,在確定無誤前方可簽收,領(lǐng)用的成品卡應(yīng)予妥善保管,做好登記入庫。財(cái)務(wù)方案部接到電子銀
