大家好!

在五千多年的發(fā)展中，中華民族形成了以愛國主義為核心的團結(jié)統(tǒng)一、愛好和平、勤勞勇敢、自強不息的偉大民族精神。民族精神是一個民族賴以生存和發(fā)展的精神支撐。一個民族，沒有振奮的精神和高尚的品格，不可能自立于世界民族之林。

而一種民族精神的先進與落后，要看它能不能適應(yīng)時代潮流，能不能跟進歷史潮流。古代世界曾經(jīng)產(chǎn)生過20多個不同的文明，但大部分都湮滅在歷史的長河中了。究其原因，就是這些文明或者說民族精神不能適應(yīng)新的形勢，不得不最終退出歷史舞臺。我們黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民在長期實踐中不斷結(jié)合時代和社會的發(fā)展要求，豐富著我們的民族精神?，F(xiàn)階段面對世界范圍各種思想文化的相互激蕩，必須把弘揚和培育以愛國主義為核心的民族精神作為文化建設(shè)極為重要的任務(wù)，納入國民教育全過程，納入精神文明建設(shè)全過程，使全體人民始終保持昂揚向上的精神狀態(tài)。

愛國主義在不同時代有不同的內(nèi)涵，是一個歷史范疇，在社會發(fā)展的不同階段、不同時期有不同的具體內(nèi)容。列寧說過：愛國主義是“千百年來鞏固起來的對自己的祖國的一種最深厚的感情”。我

們所講的愛國主義，作為一種體現(xiàn)人民群眾對自己祖國深厚感情的崇高精神，是同促進歷史發(fā)展密切聯(lián)系在一起的，是同維護國家獨立和廣大人民的根木利益密切聯(lián)系在一起的。在新民-主主義革命時期，愛國主義主要表現(xiàn)為致力于_帝國主義、封建主義和官僚資本主義反動統(tǒng)治的斗爭，把黑暗的舊中國改造成為光明的新中國。在現(xiàn)階段，愛國主義主要表現(xiàn)為獻身于建設(shè)和保衛(wèi)社會主義現(xiàn)代化的事業(yè)，獻身于促進視同統(tǒng)一的事業(yè)。鄧小平同志指出：“中國人民有自己的民族自尊心和自豪感，以熱愛祖國、貢獻全部力量建設(shè)社會主義祖國為光榮，以損害社會主義祖國利益、尊嚴和榮譽為恥辱?！边@是對我國現(xiàn)階段愛國主義特征的精辟概括。

愛國主義是我們民族精神的核心，是實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興永不枯竭的精神動力?！霸陂L期歷史發(fā)展中形成的愛國主義，是民族精神的一種集中體現(xiàn)。有沒有高昂的民族精神，是衡量一個國家綜合國力強弱的重要尺度?！币粋€人沒有精神不行，一個民族沒有精神更不行。一個民族，一個國家，如果沒有自己的精神支柱，就等于沒有靈魂，就會失去凝聚力和生命力。中華民族從鴉片戰(zhàn)爭開始一次次地面臨著世界列強的欺辱，但我們從來都沒有放棄抗爭，并最終在中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，實現(xiàn)民族的獨立和國家的富強。

回顧近現(xiàn)代中國的歷史就會發(fā)現(xiàn)，我們之所以能最終戰(zhàn)勝各種艱難險阻，能自信地挺起我們的脊梁，就是因為我們有偉大民族精神的堅強支撐。中華民族在自己的發(fā)展歷程中，曾經(jīng)歷過許多大風大浪，遇到過無數(shù)艱難險阻。正是憑著對國家和民族的深厚感情，依靠在愛國主義旗幟下熔鑄而成的凝聚力和向心力，中國人民和中華民族才得以經(jīng)受住了各種難以想象的困難和風險的考驗，一直保持堅強的團結(jié)和旺盛的生機。

在今日我們愛國要從小事做起，做到規(guī)范自我的行為。在升國旗時，少先隊員要行隊禮，不是少先隊員的同學要行注目禮。平時日常生活中要愛護紅領(lǐng)巾，應(yīng)當為自我是少先隊的一員而感到驕傲。在學校里要戴紅領(lǐng)巾，上體育課時能夠把紅領(lǐng)巾摘下來，疊好放進書包?；氐郊依镆鸭t領(lǐng)巾放在床頭，以便第二天起來時佩帶。紅領(lǐng)巾要定期清洗，堅持干凈整潔。雖然這些只是日常生活中的一些瑣碎小事，可是卻充分的體現(xiàn)出了自我的愛國意識，僅有愛我們的祖國母親，才會得到母親的呵護并健康的成長，為祖國獻力。
