中職全英文英語說課稿ExplanationforReadingandWritingofUnit3Goodmorning,everyone.I’mNo.7.Mynameis .Icomefrom.mygreatpleasuretobeheresharingmyteachingplanwithyou.ThecontentofmylessonisthereadingandwritingpartofUnit3inBookTwo.I’mreadytobeginthislessonwithsevenparts:analysisofteachingmaterial,analysisofstudents,teachingaims,teaching&methods, teaching procedures, blackboard design andteachingreflections.First,letmetalkabouttheteachingmaterial.Part1:AnalysisoftheteachingmaterialIwillanalyzethispartfromtwosections:BookandContent.OurtextbookpublishedbyJiangsuEducationPublishingHouseisEnglishBasicModuleTwoforvocationalItemphasizesimprovingSs’ fourlanguageskills—listening, speaking, reading and writing. It alsoemphasizesinterestandutility.Thisunitisthethirdoneandthetopicisaboutbargainingatthemarket.Theaimsaretounderstandshoppinginformationandhowtobuygoodsandmakebargain.Thisisthereadingandwritingpart,whichisthehighlightofthewholeunit.IthelpsstudentstoknowBuyNothingDayisandunderstanditsoriginandtheideasitadvocates,whichisthethemeofthisunit.Now,letmehaveananalysisofmystudents.Part2:AnalysisoftheSsMystudentsarefromGradeOne,majoringinelectromechanics.Thereare42studentsinall,9girlsand33Theyarequickinthinkingandactiveinclass,thoughtheyhave a weak language foundation and poor ability ofcommunicatinginEnglish.Besides,theyloveshopping,andtheywanttoknowsomethingaboutshoppinginwesterncountries.Therefore,theyarewilingtoparticipateininterestingactivitiesinclassandarebraveenoughtoexpressthemselves.Accordingtothenewcurriculumstandard,thesyllabusandmystudents'situations,Isettheteachingaimsasfollows:Part3:TeachingaimsKnowledgeaimsaretoenableSstomasterimportantwords,phrasesandunderstandthetextandgetinformationaboutBuyNothingDayinwesterncountries.AbilityaimsaretoenableSstoimprovetheirreadingability,especiallyskimmingandscanningabilities.tohelpthemlearntowriteacomplaintletter.EmotionaimsaretoenableSstofostertheideaofreasonableconsumptionandraiseenvironmentalprotectionawarenessandknowteamspiritbycooperatingwitheachother.Accordingtotheteachingaims,thekeypointsoflessonaretoenableSstograspimportantwordsandphrasesandgetdetailsaboutBuyNothingDay.AndthedifficultpointsaretohelpSslearntoacomplaintletterandraisetheinterestoflearningEnglishthroughclassactivities.Next,letmeshowyoumyteachingmethods.Part4:Teaching&LearningmethodsTheaimsoflearningEnglisharetoimprovesfourlanguageskills:listening,speaking,readingandwriting.Asweallknow,Ssaretherealmastersoftheclass,theteachershouldactasaguider,anorganizerandadirector.Basedonmybeliefthatteachingisallforstudents,Ichoosethefollowingteachingmethods,suchasTask-basedteachingmethod,situationalteachingapproach,student-centeredteachingmethodandsoforth.MySslearnEnglishbymeansofthefollowingwayssuchasautonomousstudy,targetlearningandcooperativeinpairsorgroupsandsoon.In order to strengthen students' interest attention, I present the text through the use ofmulti-mediateachingaids.ItrunsthroughthewholeWell,nowletmeintroducemyteachingproceduresbriefly.Part5:Teachingprocedures.Iset6stepstofinishstudyingthispartinthreelessons.Step1:Lead-inActivity1:Enjoyingavideoandtellingthestoryaboutthefilm:Purpose:StorytellingcancheckSs’preparationfortheclassandalsotrainS’oralEnglishandabilityspeaking.Teachingeffect:Actually,mySs’didwell.Theywatchingfilmandhavepreparedbeforeclass,sotheywereactivehereandwillingtohaveatry.Activity2:FreetalkIuseQuestion&answerteachingmethodhere.Ipresentfourquestions.MySsdiscussandanswerthem.Purpose:Afterdiscussingthequestions,thetopicthispassage–“BuyNothingDay”canbeputforwardnaturally.Teachingeffect:ShoppingisclosetomySs’dailysotheyhadmuchtosayandarelaxedandactiveatmospherewasbuilthere.Step2:Pre-readingReadthenewwordsandphrases,andtranslatethemChinese.Purpose:ThisstepcannotonlycheckSs’graspofwordsbeforeclass,butalsomakethewordpreparationthenextreading.Teachingeffect:Infact,myreactionsmypurpose.Theymasteredthewordswell.Step3:While-ReadingIuseTask-basedteachingmethodhere.Activity1:SkimmingSkimthewholepassage,andticktheanswertothequestion:WhatBuyNothingDaymean?Purpose:Throughthistask,mySscangetageneralofthepassage.Teachingeffect:Actually,mySs’couldfindtheansweraccordingtoitsliteralmeaning.Theywerealsointerestedinhavingafurtherunderstandingaboutthespecialday.Activity2:ScanningListentothetapeandthenfinishthemultiple-choicequestions.Sscandiscussinpairs.Purpose: Through this task, my Ss can get moreinformationaboutthepassageandimprovetheirlisteningability.Teachingeffect:Infact,Ssfinishedthistaskwellinpairdiscussion.Activity3:CarefulreadingReadthetextaloudandfindtheanswerstoquestionsingroupdiscussion.Purpose:Throughthistask,mySscanunderstand“BuyNothingDay”furtherinalivelyatmosphere.Teaching effect: Actually, most Ss’ reactionsachievedthepurpose.AfewSshaddifficultyinansweringthequestions.Butingroupwork,theysolvedtheeasily.Activity4:Self-checkDoT/Fquestionsbythemselveswithoutlookingback.Purpose:Sscancheckwhethertheyhaveunderstoodpassagecompletelythroughthistask.Teachingeffect:Infact,mostSscouldfinishthetaskwell.What’smore,afewmistakescouldalsobecorrectedbychecking.Through the 4 activities, my Ss have a fullunderstandingofthewholepassage.Byusingdifferentreadingskills,suchasskimming,scanning,theirabilitiesarewellimproved.Bydifferentactivities,suchasindividualwork,pairworkandgroupwork,SslearnEnglishinacooperativeway.Step4:Consolidation.Task:FurtherThinkabouttheadvantagesanddisadvantagesthatshoppingmaybringabout,discussingroupsandusetheirownwordstofinishthetable.Purpose:Throughthistask,Sscanconsolidatewhattheyhavelearnedtodayandlearntotreatshoppinginarationalwaysothattheycanconsumerationallyinthefuture.Thisisinternalization.Teachingeffect:Actually,mySshaveunderstoodthetextandhadsuchaheateddiscussioningroupsthattheycouldwritedowntheanswersexceptforsomespellingmistakes.Bythisstep,itachievedtheteachingaimsunderstandingthetextandfosteringtheabilitiesofpractice,participationandcooperation.Step5:ExtensionIuseSituationalteachingapproachhere.Activity1:HavingacompetitionMySsdiscussthequestionsabouttheirdifferentshoppingexperiencesandhaveacompetitiontolisttheshoppingproblems.Purpose:CompetitioncanarouseSs’interest.Throughthistask,theknowledgeaboutshoppingSsgotfromthetextiscombinedwiththeirdailylife.Teachingeffect:Infact,eachpairhadtheirownproblems,butsomegroupsmademistakesinwritingandexpressing.Activity2:Havingadiscussionabouthowtowriteacomplaintlettertosolvetheshoppingproblem.Purpose:ThisstepcanhelpSstoknowthemaincontentandcomponentpartsofacomplaintletter,preparingthenextstep.Teachingeffect:Actually,eachpaircouldfindtherightorderaccordingtotheirrealexperience.Activity3:Writing---completingacomplaintletterPurpose:Throughthisstep,Sscanmasterthekeypointstowriteacomplaintletter.AndittrainsSs’abilityofwriting.Teachingeffect:Infact,mostSsarepoorinwriting.Buttheycouldfinishthetaskbasedonlastactivity.Thisstepleadstotheemotionaimsofthislesson,whicharetotreatshoppinginarationalway,consumerationally,anddeveloptheSs’
