大家好!

非常榮幸的我有這個時機參加貴校的英語教師競聘演講,首先感謝各位領導老師對我的信任和支持。

我是20_____年畢業(yè)于_____大學外語學院師范英語專業(yè),四年的大學學習讓我掌握了扎實的語言功底。作為年輕教師,我從不敢懈怠,堅持利用業(yè)余時間學習,提高自身業(yè)務水平。通過一年的教學工作,我的教學業(yè)務水平得到了很大的提升。今天,我競聘的是理科英語教師,之所以競聘這個崗位,基于以下三點原因:

一我有扎實的專業(yè)知識我深知英語學科在學校基本學科教學中的地位和作用,明確英語教師的職責和任務,也明白英語教師所應必備的素質和要求,所以,自工作以來,我始終不忘學習,勤鉆研,善思考,多研究,不斷豐富提高自己。

二了解并熱愛我的學生這一屆高一學生從入學開始就擔任一二班的英語教學工作。在一年的教學實踐中,我揣摩著,嘗試著,與他們真誠溝通交流著,已經非常熟悉每個學生的性格特點和學習現(xiàn)狀,這為教學工作的進一步開展,奠定了堅實的根底。

三我有較好的年齡優(yōu)勢我正當青春年華,精力旺盛,敬業(yè)精神高,能夠全身心地投入到自己熱愛的教學工作中去。這一點也深受學生喜愛。

假設我能夠通過競爭上崗,我打算從以下幾個方面改良自己的教學工作,提高自己的教學水平。

一加強個人修養(yǎng),練好基本功。進一步樹立自己強烈的事業(yè)心和責任感,加強自己的工作能力,努力調動學生的學習積極性,提高教學質量,力爭在教學中表達實力,在工組中保持動力,在創(chuàng)新中增加壓力,在與學生同事的交往中表達凝聚力。
