Engineering一、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)I、EducationalObjectives培養(yǎng)具有適應(yīng)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)需要德智體全面發(fā)展、理論基礎(chǔ)扎實(shí)、適應(yīng)面廣、工程能力強(qiáng)、基本素質(zhì)好，能從事通信與信息系統(tǒng)研究、設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用，掌握移動(dòng)通信、光纖通信、衛(wèi)星通信、計(jì)算機(jī)通信、多媒體通信、數(shù)字程控交換等學(xué)科深厚的基礎(chǔ)理論，能夠在電子、通信和計(jì)算機(jī)等高新技術(shù)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域從事設(shè)計(jì)、研究和管理的高級(jí)工程技術(shù)人才。Thisprogramisdesignedtocultivatestudentswithgoodknowledgeandabilitiesinapplicationoftheoreticalandanalytictoolswhomayengageinthecommunicationsandinformationresearching,designing,developingandapplying.Theywilltobehigh-levelpersonswithabilityinnewtechnologyapplicationfields,suchas,electron,communication,andcomputerandsoon.ThestudentsmightmasterMobileCommunication,FiberCommunication,SatelliteCommunications,ComputerCommunication,MultimediaCommunication,TelecommunicationSwitchingPrincipleandsoon.二、培養(yǎng)要求n>EducationalRequirements業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)要求：1．掌握本專(zhuān)業(yè)所需要的較系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)理論， 較寬且扎實(shí)的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)理論以及必要的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)。具有一定的社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)知識(shí)、管理知識(shí)及相關(guān)的工程技術(shù)知識(shí)，懂得一定的社會(huì)、人文科學(xué)知識(shí)、法律知識(shí)和國(guó)防知識(shí)，了解有關(guān)科技發(fā)展的新動(dòng)向。2．具有本專(zhuān)業(yè)所必需的制圖、運(yùn)算、實(shí)驗(yàn)、測(cè)試、表達(dá)以及基本工藝操作及設(shè)計(jì)技能。3．具有較強(qiáng)的自學(xué)能力；具有一定的分析和解決工程實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力及工程設(shè)計(jì)能力；具有工程的質(zhì)量和效益觀(guān)念，有初步的科技研究、開(kāi)發(fā)能力和組織管理能力；具有較強(qiáng)的計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用能力；基本掌握一門(mén)外語(yǔ)，能比較順利地閱讀本專(zhuān)業(yè)的外文書(shū)刊，具有聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、寫(xiě)的基礎(chǔ)。1．Masterthesystemicbasicsciencetheory,widenandwell-knittedtechnicaltheoryofthisspecialty.Possesssomesocialdemocracymarketeconomy,management,andcorrelativeengineeringtechnologyknowledge.Knowsomesocialscience,humanity,law,andnationaldefenseknowledge;understandthedevelopmenttrendsofscienceandtechnology.2．Possesstheskillofdrawing,numeration,experiment,test,expressandoperation,andtheabilityofdesign.3．Possesstheabilityofself-study,analyzingandsolvingproblemandengineeringdesigning;havetheconceptionofprojectqualityandbenefit,andtheabilityofresearch,developmentandmanagement;have
