本期我擔(dān)任八年級一班，本班英語教學(xué)工作，學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)有點(diǎn)參差不齊，本

班有幾個學(xué)生根本沒有學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)，兩三個完全放棄學(xué)習(xí)，這成了班級英語

成績的總體提高的攔路虎。另外，有些學(xué)生在情感態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)策略等方面還
