摘要:

礦質混合料是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產中常見的材料,其組成復雜,顆粒大小差異大,均勻性是其物理性能的重要指標之一。本文基于離散元法,利用PFC3D軟件對不同顆粒形狀、不同比例的礦石進行了混合模擬,分析了組合均勻性隨時間的變化趨勢及其影響因素。研究結果表明:顆粒形狀越近似球形,混合效果越好,而顆粒比例對混合均勻性影響較??;不同的混合方式對混合均勻性影響較大,蓋板擺角度越大,混合效果越好;料堆高度不同對混合結果也有影響。

Abstract:

Mineralmixtureisacommonmaterialinmodernindustrialproduction,whichhascomplexcompositionandlargeparticlesizedifference.Homogeneityisoneoftheimportantindicatorsofitsphysicalproperties.Basedonthediscreteelementmethod,PFC3Dsoftwarewasusedtosimulatethemixingofdifferentparticleshapesandproportionsofore,analyzethechangetrendofcompositionhomogeneityovertime,anditsinfluencingfactors.Theresearchresultsshowthattheclosertheparticleshapeistoasphere,thebetterthemixingeffect,whiletheparticleproportionhasasmalleffectonmixinghomogeneity;differentmixingmethodshaveasignificantimpactonmixinghomogeneity,andthelargertheangleofthecoverplate,thebetterthemixingeffect.Theheightofthematerialpilealsohasaneffectonthemixingresult.
