Withtheemergenceofnewbusinessmodelsinrecentyears,attentionhasbeenincreasinglypaidtotherelationshipbetweenlandcapitalendowmentandmigrantworkers'entrepreneurship.Inviewoftheresearchquestionoftherelationshipbetweenlandcapitalendowmentandmigrantworkers'entrepreneurshipunderthebackgroundofnewbusinessmodels,thispaperconductsin-depthexplorationfromtheaspectsoflanduserights,landpolicies,humancapital,etc.Thestudyfoundthatlandendowmenthasanimportantimpactontheentrepreneurialbehaviorofmigrantworkers.Higherlandendowmentcanimprovethesuccessrateofmigrantworkers'entrepreneurship,butatthesametime,theimpactonlanduseshouldbeconsidered.Atthepolicylevel,strengtheningthelandtransfersystemandimprovingthelandindicatorsystemcanpromotetheflowandinnovationoflandcapital.Theimprovementofhumancapitalcanincreasethepreparationandabilityofmigrantworkers'entrepreneurshipandimprovethesuccessrateofentrepreneurship.Inconclusion,thispaperbelievesthatlandcapitalendowmentiscloselyrelatedtomigrantworkers'entrepreneurship,andfurtherresearchandpracticeshouldfocusoncreatingandinnovatingcomprehensivelyinmultipleaspectssuchasland,policy,andhumancapital.
