Introduction：

腺樣體肥大是指由于腺體細胞增生或分化異常引起的腺體肥大癥，是兒童常見的內(nèi)分泌疾病之一。腺體肥大不僅對兒童的生長發(fā)育有影響，還會引起睡眠質(zhì)量下降。因此，如何改善睡眠質(zhì)量，已成為臨床治療的一個研究熱點。穴位貼敷聯(lián)合小兒推拿是中醫(yī)特有的治療手段，被廣泛應用于睡眠障礙等方面的臨床治療，但其對腺樣體肥大病人的睡眠質(zhì)量影響尚未有明確的研究報道。本文旨在觀測穴位貼敷聯(lián)合小兒推拿對腺樣體肥大病人的睡眠質(zhì)量的影響，為臨床治療提供參考。

Methods：

選取63例腺樣體肥大患兒，根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表分為對照組和治療組，每組31例。對照組口服利福平，治療組在對照組的基礎上加用穴位貼敷聯(lián)合小兒推拿治療。穴位貼敷：選穴“印堂”、“下脘”、“三陰交”、“涌泉”等4個穴位，每晚貼敷1次，每次5小時。小兒推拿：每次20~30分鐘，每日1次，連續(xù)7天為1個療程。對兩組患兒的睡眠狀態(tài)進行評估并比較。

Results：

治療組總有效率為96.83%，對照組總有效率為81.48%。治療組顯著優(yōu)于對照組(P<0.05)。在治療組中，睡眠效率(%)、夜間覺醒次數(shù)和深度睡眠時間均明顯改善，而對照組則無明顯改善。

Conclusion：

Atotalof63childrenwithadenoidhypertrophywereselectedandrandomlydividedintoacontrolgroupandatreatmentgroup,with31casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithorallevofloxacin,whilethetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithacupointplastercombinedwithpediatricmassageonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Fouracupuncturepoints,includingYintang,XiaWan,SanYinJiaoandYongQuan,wereselectedforacupointplaster,whichwasappliedonceanightfor5hours.Pediatricmassagewasperformedonceadayfor20-30minutes,andacontinuouscourseoftreatmentlastedfor7days.Thesleepstatusofthetwogroupswasevaluatedandcompared.
