摘要：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展，人才的供給與需求愈加緊張，高職院校作為培養(yǎng)技能人才的重要來(lái)源，承擔(dān)著育人使命。當(dāng)前，高職教育發(fā)展面臨著“雙高”壓力：高質(zhì)量、高水平。因此，高職院校需要積極探索與創(chuàng)新教育教學(xué)機(jī)制，注重發(fā)展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育，推進(jìn)專(zhuān)業(yè)教育和創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育協(xié)同發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的全面提升。本文首先探討了“雙高”背景下高職院校及教育存在的問(wèn)題，其次提出了高職院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與專(zhuān)業(yè)教育協(xié)同育人的意義與目標(biāo)，然后分析了影響教育協(xié)同育人的因素，并結(jié)合優(yōu)化教育教學(xué)的實(shí)踐探索了高職院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與專(zhuān)業(yè)教育協(xié)同育人的重要途徑和具體措施。研究結(jié)果表明，高職院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與專(zhuān)業(yè)教育協(xié)同育人有助于提高學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)和就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，有助于配合現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，推動(dòng)技能人才的產(chǎn)業(yè)化和職業(yè)化。最后提出了高職院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與專(zhuān)業(yè)教育協(xié)同育人未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)與對(duì)策。

Abstract:WiththecontinuousdevelopmentofChina'seconomy,thesupplyanddemandoftalentsarebecomingmoreandmoretense.Vocationalcolleges,asanimportantsourceofcultivatingskilledtalents,bearthemissionofeducatingpeople.Currently,thedevelopmentofvocationaleducationisfacingthepressureof"doublehigh":highqualityandhighlevel.Therefore,vocationalcollegesneedtoactivelyexploreandinnovateeducationandteachingmechanisms,payattentiontothedevelopmentofinnovationandentrepreneurshipeducation,promotethecoordinateddevelopmentofprofessionaleducationandinnovationandentrepreneurshipeducation,andachievecomprehensiveimprovementofstudents'innovationandentrepreneurshipabilities.Thisarticlefirstdiscussestheproblemsofvocationalcollegesandeducationunderthebackgroundof"doublehigh",andthenproposesthesignificanceandgoalofcoordinatededucationofinnovationandentrepreneurshipeducationandprofessionaleducationinvocationalcolleges.Then,thefactorsaffectingcoordinatededucationareanalyzed,andtheimportantwaysandspecificmeasuresforvocationalcollegestocoordinateeducationofinnovationandentrepreneurshipeducationandprofessionaleducationareexploredincombinationwithoptimizededucationandteachingpractices.Theresearchresultsshowthatcoordinatededucationofinnovationandentrepreneurshipeducationandprofessionaleducationinvocationalcollegesishelpfultoimprovestudents'comprehensivequalityandemploymentcompetitiveness,tocooperatewiththedevelopmentofmoderneconomy,andtopromotetheindustrializationandprofessionalizationofskilledtalents.Finally,thefuturedevelopmenttrendandcountermeasuresofcoordinatededucationofinnovationandentrepreneurshipeducationandprofessionaleducationinvocationalcollegesareproposed.
