摘要：

隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展和新一代科技的不斷涌現(xiàn)，輕資產(chǎn)運營模式在企業(yè)的發(fā)展中發(fā)揮了越來越重要的作用。W公司作為一家以信息技術為核心的創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)，已開始嘗試采用輕資產(chǎn)運營模式進行運營。然而，如何評價輕資產(chǎn)運營模式下W公司的財務績效，成為該公司需要解決的重要問題。本文基于W公司的實際情況，從三個方面構建了財務績效評價指標體系：盈利性指標、償債能力指標和成長能力指標。在此基礎上，通過對W公司的財務數(shù)據(jù)進行分析，得出該公司在輕資產(chǎn)運營模式下整體上處于良好的財務狀況，且其經(jīng)營狀況穩(wěn)??；同時也分析了其中存在的問題及其應對策略。本文的研究對于探索輕資產(chǎn)運營模式在企業(yè)中的應用，提高企業(yè)財務績效評價水平，具有一定的參考價值。

Abstract:

WiththerapiddevelopmentoftheInterneteconomyandtheemergenceofnewgenerationtechnologies,thelightassetoperationmodehasplayedanincreasinglyimportantroleinthedevelopmentofenterprises.Asaninnovativeenterprisewithinformationtechnologyasitscore,Wcompanyhasbeguntotrytooperateunderthelightassetoperationmode.However,howtoevaluatethefinancialperformanceofWcompanyunderthelightassetoperationmodehasbecomeanimportantproblemthatthecompanyneedstosolve.BasedontheactualsituationofWcompany,thispaperconstructsafinancialperformanceevaluationindexsystemfromthreeaspects:profitabilityindex,solvencyindexandgrowthabilityindex.Onthisbasis,throughtheanalysisofWcompany'sfinancialdata,itisconcludedthatthecompanyisinagoodoverallfinancialconditionunderthelightassetoperationmode,anditsoperatingconditionisstable.Atthesametime,theexistingproblemsandcountermeasuresareanalyzed.Theresearchofthispaperhascertainreferencevalueforexploringtheapplicationoflightassetoperationmodeinenterprisesandimprovingtheleveloffinancialperformanceevaluationofenterprises.
