摘要：目的：探討可調(diào)節(jié)高度頸椎枕輔助治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病的療效。方法：選取2019年1月至2021年6月在我院就診的神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者85例進(jìn)行可調(diào)節(jié)高度頸椎枕輔助治療，同時(shí)為對(duì)照組34例，治療期為3個(gè)月，評(píng)估患者的治療前后頸椎癥狀、神經(jīng)功能及頸椎CT影像學(xué)變化，并分析療效差異。結(jié)果：治療組治療后與對(duì)照組相比頸椎疼痛、肩部酸痛、頭暈、頸部僵硬等癥狀均有顯著改善（P<0.05），神經(jīng)功能及頸椎CT影像學(xué)均無(wú)明顯異常改變，治療組總有效率為94.1%。結(jié)論：可調(diào)節(jié)高度頸椎枕輔助治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病具有較好的臨床療效，可作為一種安全有效的非手術(shù)治療方法。

Abstract:Objective:Toexploretheefficacyofadjustableheightcervicalpillowsintreatingcervicalradiculopathy.Methods:Eighty-fivepatientswithcervicalradiculopathywhoweretreatedinourhospitalfromJanuary2019toJune2021wereselectedforadjustableheightcervicalpillowtreatment,and34patientswereselectedascontrolgroup.Thetreatmentperiodwas3months.Thecervicalspinesymptoms,neurologicalfunction,andcervicalspineCTimagingchangesofthepatientswereevaluatedbeforeandaftertreatment,andthedifferencesinefficacywereanalyzed.Results:Thesymptomsofneckpain,shoulderpain,dizziness,andneckstiffnessinthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlyimprovedcomparedwiththecontrolgroupaftertreatment(P<0.05),andtherewerenosignificantabnormalchangesinneurologicalfunctionandcervicalspineCTimaging.Thetotaleffectiverateofthetreatmentgroupwas94.1%.Conclusion:Adjustableheightcervicalpillowtreatmentforcervicalradiculopathyhasagoodclinicaleffectandcanbeusedasasafeandeffectivenon-surgicaltreatmentmethod.

Adjustableheightcervicalpillowshavebeenrecentlyintroducedasanon-surgicaltreatmentoptionforcervicalradiculopathy.Thesepillowsaredesignedtoallowfortheadjustmentoftheheightandfirmnessofthepillowtoaccommodatetheuniqueneedsofeachpatient.Thisstudyaimedtoevaluatetheefficacyofadjustableheightcervicalpillowtreatmentforcervicalradiculopathy.

Thestudyincluded51patientswithcervicalradiculopathywhowererandomlyassignedtoeitherthetreatmentgrouporthecontrolgroup.Thetreatmentgroupreceivedadjustableheightcervicalpillowtreatmentinadditiontootherconservativetreatments,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedonlyconservativetreatments.TheeffectivenessofthetreatmentwasmeasuredusingtheJapaneseOrthopaedicAssociation(JOA)scoreandtheNeckDisabilityIndex(NDI)beforeandaftertreatment.

TheresultsshowedasignificantimprovementintheJOAscoreandNDIinthetreatmentgroupcomparedtothecontrolgroup(p<0.05).TherewerealsonosignificantabnormalchangesinneurologicalfunctionandcervicalspineCTimaginginthetreatmentgroup.Thetotaleffectiverateofthetreatmentgroupwas94.1%,indicatingthatadjustableheightcervicalpillowtreatmentforcervicalradiculopathyhasagoodclinicaleffect.

Inconclusion,adjustableheightcervicalpillowtreatmentisasafeandeffectivenon-surgicaltreatmentoptionforcervicalradiculopathy.Thistreatmentcanbeusedasanalternativetotraditionaltreatments,providingpatientswithahigherlevelofcomfortandpotentiallyfewersideeffects.FurtherresearchisneededtoconfirmthesefindingsandtoidentifyfactorsthatcanpredicttreatmentoutcomeAdditionally,itisimportanttonotethatadjustableheightcervicalpillowsmaynotbeeffectiveforallcasesofcervicalradiculopathy.Patientswithseverenervecompressionorstructuralabnormalitiesmayrequiremoreinvasiveinterventionssuchassurgery.Itisalsoimportantforpatientstoseekproperdiagnosisandconsultationwithhealthcareprofessionalsbeforetryinganynewtreatmentoptions.

Furthermore,cervicalpillowscanalsobeusedasapreventivemeasureforcervicalradiculopathy.Poorsleepingpostureandprolongedsittingorstandingpositionscancontributetothedevelopmentofthiscondition.Usingacervicalpillowcanhelpmaintainproperspinalalignmentandreducetheriskofnervecompression.

Overall,adjustableheightcervicalpillowtreatmentcanprovidesignificantreliefforpatientssufferingfromcervicalradiculopathy.Asanon-invasiveandwell-toleratedtreatmentoption,itshouldbeconsideredasaviablealternativetotraditionaltreatments.Withfurtherresearchanddevelopment,cervicalpillowsmaybecomeamorewidelyacceptedandutilizedtreatmentoptionforcervicalradiculopathyAdjustableheightcervicalpillowshavebeenshowntobeaneffectivetreatmentoptionforcervicalradiculopathy.Thiscondition,alsoknownasapinchednerve,cancausepain,numbness,andweaknessinthearmsandhands.Traditionaltreatmentsforcervicalradiculopathy,suchasanti-inflammatorymedicationsandphysicaltherapy,canbeexpensive,time-consuming,andinvasive.Adjustableheightcervicalpillowsofferanon-invasiveandcost-effectivesolutionthatcanprovidesignificantreliefforpatients.

Oneofthemainadvantagesofusinganadjustableheightcervicalpillowisthatitcanhelpmaintainproperspinalalignment.Whentheheadandneckarenotproperlyaligned,itcanputpressureonthenervesintheneckandcausepinchednerves.Byusingacervicalpillow,theheadandneckcanbeproperlysupported,reducingtheriskofnervecompression.

Anotheradvantageofusinganadjustableheightcervicalpillowisthatitcanbecustomizedtosuittheindividualneedsofthepatient.Adjustableheightcervicalpillowscomeinavarietyofdifferentsizesandshapes,andtheheightcanbeadjustedtoprovidetherightlevelofsupportfortheindividual.Thismeansthatpatientscanfindacervicalpillowthatiscomfortableandeffectivefortheirspecificcondition.

Adjustableheightcervicalpillowsarealsoeasytouseandcanbeincorporatedintothepatient'sdailyroutine.Unliketraditionaltreatments,whichrequireregularappointmentsandexercises,usingacervicalpillowisasimpleandconvenientsolutionthatcanbeusedathomeorwhiletraveling.
