第一次課設(shè)計(jì)梗概(2課時(shí))

(1)告知學(xué)生本課程的總體安排、教材的處理,上課的方式、明確學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)。

兩個(gè)目標(biāo):通過聽、說、讀、寫及分組討論,案例表演和課堂演示,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在商務(wù)

情景下的工作習(xí)慣和交流意識;盡量通過BEC初級考試。

兩個(gè)要求:為了提高學(xué)生的積極性并使他們了解在平時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)中應(yīng)提高哪些能力,告

訴學(xué)生現(xiàn)在用人單位對員工的要求,第一要有一定的專業(yè)素質(zhì),二是情商要高,即懂得如何

交流,如何為人處事。

教學(xué)方式:在教學(xué)中,主要采取活動(dòng)教學(xué),通過各種各樣的活動(dòng),提高學(xué)生的自信心和

交流能力。將學(xué)生分為六組,每組四人,一個(gè)組即為一個(gè)公司,每個(gè)組員都有一個(gè)職位,

第一周確定每個(gè)組員的職位。第三、四周確定公司的名稱、職能和業(yè)務(wù)范疇,并在全班演

示。

(2)考核方式

平時(shí)表現(xiàn):兩個(gè)方面,一是整組的表現(xiàn),即各個(gè)公司在各種課堂活動(dòng)上的表現(xiàn);二是

個(gè)人的主動(dòng)表現(xiàn)和提問表現(xiàn).只要平時(shí)刻苦努力,積極主動(dòng)。

期末卷面:一整套BEC初級的模擬題。

口試:口試的形式仿照BEC初級口試形式并加上案例表演。

(3)進(jìn)入正題

本次課的項(xiàng)目主要是介紹公司的職務(wù)分類,職能范疇,撰寫個(gè)人簡介及設(shè)計(jì)名片。
