TheGreatWallisoneofthemostfamouslandmarksintheworld.ItisaseriesofwallsandfortificationsthatwerebuiltacrossChinatoprotectthecountryfromattacks.TheGreatWallwasbuiltoveraperiodof2000years,fromthe7thcenturyBCtotheMingdynasty.Itisestimatedthatthewallstretchesover13,000miles.

Introducetheobjectivesofthelesson.

Askstudentstopayattentiontotheinformationandtoaskquestionsiftheyhaveany.
