中心小學(xué)三年級上學(xué)期班主任工作計劃新的學(xué)期又開始了，為了在新的學(xué)期里把工作做好，把我們班塑造成一個團結(jié)向上、文明創(chuàng)新的班集體,特制定班主任工作計劃如下：一、學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀分析我們班共有學(xué)生62人，男生32人，女生26人。學(xué)生多來自不同的村子，部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、衛(wèi)生、紀律等各方面的要求都不一致，自制能力差，時常不能控制自己，上課時有亂說話或者做小動作的現(xiàn)象。很多習(xí)慣有待進一步培養(yǎng)。二、思想工作計劃方面1、利用班隊會等教育時間，帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)班級常規(guī)要求以及學(xué)校制定的班級評比標準，讓學(xué)生按要求去做，同學(xué)間互相監(jiān)督，由班干部負責(zé)檢查。根據(jù)學(xué)校的部署,嚴格按照要求去完成對學(xué)生的教育，讓每位學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的行為習(xí)慣。2、充分利用升旗活動、重大節(jié)日活動，對學(xué)生進行思想品德教育。(1)每周一嚴格遵守升旗制度，穿好校服，不遲到，不隨便請假，排隊時做到快、齊、靜,升旗時要行隊禮，唱國歌時聲音響亮、整齊，認真聽并思考“國旗下的講話”，與自己的行動結(jié)合起來。(2)遇到節(jié)假日，通過開展各種活動活動，教育學(xué)生做文明學(xué)生。3、樹立良好的班風(fēng),加強班集體的凝聚力和向心力。三、教學(xué)工作計劃方面1、重點抓好課堂常規(guī)訓(xùn)練,隨時指出存在的問題,要持之以恒,不能時緊時松,對學(xué)生的進步要及時給予肯定。在班級里繼續(xù)開展積分計劃，讓任課教師對本節(jié)課的課堂紀律進行當(dāng)堂評定,周一班隊會時進行總結(jié)評比的活動,來提高學(xué)生的課堂學(xué)習(xí)效果。2、注意抓好學(xué)生的輔導(dǎo),通過多種渠道調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,樹立必勝的信心,通過“比學(xué)趕幫”活動,使學(xué)生共同進步,以達到差生不差、優(yōu)生更優(yōu),中游變上游的目的。具體方案:全班展開小組之間的競爭;同學(xué)之間也找好自己的對手進行競爭。3、注意家校結(jié)合，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好作業(yè)習(xí)慣。四、安全教育工作計劃方面1、教育學(xué)生團結(jié)同學(xué),不打架,不罵人,講文明,講禮貌,爭做文明的小學(xué)生。2、課堂紀律的好壞是能否上好一堂課的關(guān)鍵,要抓好課堂常規(guī)管理,做到“明、細、嚴”,使學(xué)生在課堂上能集中精力聽好課,從而提高課堂教學(xué)效率。3、課間紀律,對學(xué)生提出明確的要求,既要玩好,又要不發(fā)生任何意外。4、嚴格執(zhí)行學(xué)校大課間活動要求，保證活動安全。五、衛(wèi)生工作計劃方面1、學(xué)校衛(wèi)生工作計劃:值日生每天按時清掃衛(wèi)生,要求學(xué)生保持好衛(wèi)生,并養(yǎng)成講衛(wèi)生的好習(xí)慣。2、個人衛(wèi)生工作計劃:衣著整潔、大方,桌兜里的物品要擺放整齊,認真做好廣播操。六、家校溝通方面:教育學(xué)生,即時與家長的溝通是很重要的,而且,家長也需要學(xué)習(xí),需要和孩子共同成長，讓家長和孩子成為真正的朋友。要爭取多和家長溝通,在溝通、交流中進步。總之，在今后的具體工作中還需要我不斷探索，不斷追求更新。取人之長，補己之短。在實際工作中，還有許多做法值得我去探討和總結(jié)。我要堅持正確的教育路線，注意工作方法，班主任工作就會邁上一個新的臺階，取得豐碩的成果。20年9月3日Unit1Wheredidyougoonvacation?
