咳嗽噴嚏中，病毒數(shù)十萬(wàn)國(guó)外有研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：一聲咳嗽可散播約10萬(wàn)個(gè)病毒，一個(gè)噴嚏約含有100萬(wàn)個(gè)病毒；一個(gè)噴嚏可使飛沫以167公里的時(shí)速運(yùn)行，在一秒鐘內(nèi)噴射到六米以外的地方，飛沫落在物體表面，人們?nèi)魺o(wú)意中觸摸到再用手摳鼻子、揉眼睛，就有可能感染流感。流感的癥狀01嘔吐腹瀉，可能也是流感流感的種類(lèi)有很多，其中胃腸道流感就是一種，如果沒(méi)有并發(fā)癥，胃腸道流感患者在發(fā)病后3至4天會(huì)漸漸恢復(fù)。老人、小孩與一些有慢性胃腸道疾病的患者因胃腸功能較弱，流感病毒會(huì)乘虛而入，“鉆”進(jìn)消化道引起消化道黏膜反應(yīng)。嘔吐腹瀉，可能也是流感因此，胃腸道流感的臨床多表現(xiàn)為胃腸道不適，如惡心、嘔吐、腹痛、腹瀉等，易被誤診為急性胃腸炎或食物中毒。在平時(shí)生活中，我們不要一看到腹瀉就認(rèn)為是腸道感染，隨便濫用抗生素，建議到醫(yī)院進(jìn)行大便檢驗(yàn)查清病因。流感的治療和預(yù)防01治療流感，尚未出現(xiàn)特效藥到現(xiàn)在為止，治療流感還沒(méi)有什么特效藥。對(duì)于未發(fā)生并發(fā)癥的流感患者來(lái)說(shuō)，多喝水、多休息，像對(duì)付普通感冒那樣度過(guò)急性期就可以了。流感的治療與預(yù)防目前流感尚無(wú)特效治療藥物接種流感疫苗是預(yù)防流感及其并發(fā)癥的最有效方法之一接種流感疫苗可減少嬰幼兒流感樣疾病發(fā)病率，減少不必要的用藥有關(guān)流感疫苗接種的時(shí)間由于接種流感疫苗2周后，可產(chǎn)生具有保護(hù)力的抗體，因此中國(guó)疾病預(yù)防控制中心建議：我國(guó)大多數(shù)地區(qū)均應(yīng)在每年10月前開(kāi)始疫苗接種活動(dòng)，疫苗接種服務(wù)可貫穿整個(gè)流感高發(fā)季節(jié)。

預(yù)防措施

保持良好的個(gè)人及環(huán)境衛(wèi)生
