HAINANAIELINESCO.LTDFLIGHT編寫EDITTED審核REVIEWED簽發(fā)APPROVEDHAINANAIELINESCO.LTDFLIGHT編寫EDITTED審核REVIEWED簽發(fā)APPROVED編號/NTD行文單位DRAFTINGStandardCenter簽發(fā)日期ISSUEENDINGDATE標(biāo)題 機(jī)型關(guān)于防止觸發(fā)起飛時滑油低溫警告的通告AbouthowtopreventtheactivationofENGLOWOILTEMPmessageduringTakeoffforA330內(nèi)容A330機(jī)型所有飛行員A330飛機(jī)出現(xiàn)了由于發(fā)動機(jī)滑油低溫（ENGOILLOTEMP）信息導(dǎo)致中斷起飛的事AllA330RecentlyaRTOeventcausedbyENGOILLOWTEMPmessagehasbeenreportedonA330.ThischiefpilotnoticeisissuedtomakeallpilotsfamiliarwiththeproperactionsincaseofanENGOILLOWTEMPmessageoccurred,andtoavoidanyRTOduetoENGOILLOWTEMPmessage,thustoensuretheflightsafety.背景信息這兩類發(fā)動機(jī)都有如下的滑油低溫限制（FCOM3.01.70P1RR發(fā)動機(jī)（CHHMSN0875-0919,0982,1159-1190 PW發(fā)動機(jī)（CHHMSN1034-1054起飛最低滑油溫 要求延遲起飛，并對發(fā)動機(jī)進(jìn)行暖機(jī)。程序如下（FCOM3.02.70P18RR發(fā)動機(jī)（CHHMSN0875-0919,0982,1159-1190PW發(fā)動機(jī)（CHHMSN1034-1054（備注：原中文版FCOMPW發(fā)動機(jī)（CHHMSN1034-1054（備注：原中文版FCOM關(guān)于發(fā)動機(jī)的暖機(jī)，F(xiàn)COM手冊其他相關(guān)內(nèi)容如下（FCOM3.03.09PRR發(fā)動機(jī)（CHHMSN0875-0919,0982,1159-PW發(fā)動機(jī)（CHHMSN1034-根據(jù)機(jī)務(wù)地面驗證結(jié)果，在目前環(huán)境溫度下，PW發(fā)動機(jī)滑油溫度達(dá)到50℃，需要暖機(jī)52035分鐘的防止熱沖擊暖機(jī)要求后，也CurrentlytherearetwotypesofenginesinstalledonA330fleet,i.e.,RRengineandPWengine.Theoiltemperaturelimitationsfortakeoffofthesetwotypesofengineare:RRengine（CHHMSN0875-0919,0982,1159-1190Minimumoiltemperaturefor PWengine（CHHMSN1034-1054Minimumoiltemperaturefor 1（2）油低溫[ENG1(2)OILLOW發(fā)動機(jī)滑油溫度小于50—延遲起飛，暖機(jī)1（2）油低溫[ENG1(2)OILLOW發(fā)動機(jī)滑油溫度小于20—延遲起飛，暖機(jī)Oncetheoiltemperatureislowerthantheminimumtemperaturelimitation,ENG1(2)OILLOWTEMPmessagewillbeOncetheoiltemperatureislowerthantheminimumtemperaturelimitation,ENG1(2)OILLOWTEMPmessagewillbetriggered,whichrequirestodelaytakeoffforwarm-up.Theprocedureisasfollowing（FCOM3.02.70P18RRengine（CHHMSN0875-0919,0982,1159-1190WhentheoiltemperatureislowerthanPWengine（CHHMSN1034-1054WhentheoiltemperatureislowerthanForenginewarm-up,otherrelatedinformationcontainedintheFCOMisas3.03.09PRRengine（CHHMSN0875-0919,0982,1159-PWengine（CHHMSN1034-Accordingtomaintenancetest,incurrenttemperatureenvironment,ittakes5minutestowarmupthePWengineoilto50℃.ThismeansthePWengineoiltemperatureshouldreach50℃whentheabove5-minuteperiodwarm-uprequirementissatisfiedtoavoidthermalshock.AsforRRengine,theminimumoiltemperaturefortakeoffisonly20℃,whichshouldbereachedwhenthe3-5minutesperiodwarm-uprequirementforthermalshockissatisfied.ENG1(2)OILLOWTheengineoiltemperatureislowerthan50℃ENG1(2)OILLOWTheengineoiltemperatureislowerthanHandlingAccordingtoallinformationmentionedabove,andthefactthatitisnotrequiredtocheckengineoiltemperatureintheBEFORETAKEOFFchecklist,thefollowingproceduresareestablishedtopreventtheoccurrenceofENGOILLOWTEMPmessage:1、Afterenginestart,thewarm-uprequirementtoavoidthermalshockforcorrespondingtypeofenginemustbesatisfied:ForHandlingAccordingtoallinformationmentionedabove,andthefactthatitisnotrequiredtocheckengineoiltemperatureintheBEFORETAKEOFFchecklist,thefollowingproceduresareestablishedtopreventtheoccurrenceofENGOILLOWTEMPmessage:1、Afterenginestart,thewarm-uprequirementtoavoidthermalshockforcorrespondingtypeofenginemustbesatisfied:ForRRengine（CHHMSN0875-0919,0982,1159-·5minuteswhenenginesare·3minuteswhenenginesarewarmafterastopof1.5hourorless;ForPWengine（CHHMSN1034-1054）·Atleast52、ChecktheengineoiltemperaturesatisfiestheminimumtemperaturelimitationfortakeoffwhentheBEFORETAKEOFFchecklistisperformed,especiallyinanextremecold1190：20℃1054
