職責(zé)描述：

1、按計(jì)劃安排，執(zhí)行內(nèi)部人事服務(wù)系統(tǒng)實(shí)施上線任務(wù)，包括準(zhǔn)備初始數(shù)據(jù)、系統(tǒng)配置、對系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行結(jié)果進(jìn)行核查。

2、為已上線業(yè)務(wù)的試運(yùn)行期提供保障支持，跟蹤系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，解決運(yùn)行過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題。

任職資格：

1、一到兩年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有人事薪酬相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)知識，熟練掌握excel。

2、理解能力強(qiáng)，溝通較好，性格沉穩(wěn)，工作細(xì)致。

3、對數(shù)據(jù)庫（如mysql）查詢等操作有一定了解，對編程有基本的概念，能理解程序的邏輯。

4、尤其歡迎：有人事數(shù)據(jù)處理、系統(tǒng)實(shí)施/維護(hù)等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，或有erp/oa/ehr等工作實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
