ractice,researchersordatacollectioninstitutionssometimesfailtofulfilltheirobligationsofinforming,resultingininfringementofindividuals'informedconsentrights.Toprotectindividuals'informedconsent,areasonablenotificationsystemshouldbeestablishedtoensurethatindividualsarefullyinformedbeforeprovidinghealthdata,andrequireresearchersordatacollectioninstitutionstofulfilltheircorrespondingobligationsofinforming.Inaddition,protectionofinformedconsentshouldbestrengthened,andlegalsanctionsshouldbeimposedonthosewhoviolatetheobligationsofinforming.4.AttributionofCopyrightInthecommercialuseofhealthandmedicaldata,theresearchandinnovationresultsinvolvetheissueofcopyright.Intheprocessofparticipatinginresearchorprovidingpersonalhealthdata,individualsmaymakeoriginalcontributions,andthesecontributionsshouldenjoycorrespondingcopyrightprotection.However,inreality,individuals'copyrightmaybeinfringed,resultinginthelackofprotectionandcompensationforindividuals'innovationandlaborresults.Toprotectindividuals'copyright,therightsofindividualsinthecommercialuseofhealthandmedicaldatashouldbeclarified,includingtheattribution,authorization,andcompensationofcopyright.Inaddition,theprotectionofcopyrightshouldbestrengthened,andinfringementsshouldbecrackeddownandpunished.5.ConclusionThecommercialuseofhealthandmedicaldatainvolvesvariouslegalissues,suchastheprotectionofdataprivacy,therecognitionofinformedconsent,andtheattributionofcopyright.Tosolvetheseproblems,asoundlegalsystemshouldbeestablished,supervisionandlawenforcementshouldbestrengthened,andindividuals'legalawarenessandrightsprotectioncapabilitiesshouldbeimproved.Onlyb
