2013-2014學(xué)年第二學(xué)期

一、學(xué)情分析

本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任的是分校一年級(jí)三個(gè)班的英語(yǔ)課，學(xué)生共有150人。我

要繼續(xù)努力學(xué)習(xí)，鉆研教材，學(xué)教結(jié)合，做好自己的本職工作下面是我個(gè)

人的學(xué)期工作計(jì)劃。

二、教學(xué)目標(biāo)

教育工作中，要課前精備、課上精講、課后精練，減輕學(xué)生負(fù)擔(dān)，提

高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的教學(xué)三環(huán)節(jié)，面對(duì)有限的課時(shí)，以改革精神探索提高教學(xué)效

率的科學(xué)方法，激發(fā)學(xué)生自覺(jué)參與學(xué)習(xí)的意識(shí)，最大限度地提高單位時(shí)間

里的教學(xué)效益，這使自己的教學(xué)水平有了較大提高。

1、搞好練兵：認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n，鉆研教材，抓緊課堂教學(xué)，做到當(dāng)堂內(nèi)容當(dāng)

堂掌握。提高思想認(rèn)識(shí)。為了提高自身認(rèn)識(shí)，將從自身業(yè)務(wù)水平、教育科

研等多個(gè)方面大力加強(qiáng)集體教研備課模擬演課聽(tīng)課走訪吸

取精華一一實(shí)際課堂五方面的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)。

2、多讀書(shū)，讀好書(shū)；讀書(shū)是凸現(xiàn)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)邊緣性特征，實(shí)現(xiàn)英語(yǔ)教師

自我“充電”的最佳途徑。讀書(shū)不僅為創(chuàng)造提供原材料，而且能夠啟發(fā)英

語(yǔ)教師創(chuàng)造的靈感。

3、多多請(qǐng)教是關(guān)鍵；教學(xué)中我認(rèn)真的調(diào)查研究，虛心向同仁學(xué)習(xí)，地

拜訪求教。不斷吸收別人的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以豐富自己，使自己成長(zhǎng)進(jìn)步的速度快,

4、加強(qiáng)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)方法多樣化的運(yùn)用：運(yùn)用各種不同的肢體語(yǔ)言來(lái)輔助

教學(xué)。

5、在課堂上多開(kāi)展一些有趣的活動(dòng)、游戲讓學(xué)生在活動(dòng)中學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)，

在生活中學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)；多為學(xué)生營(yíng)造一些學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，如：創(chuàng)設(shè)英語(yǔ)角等等；

要求學(xué)生在課余時(shí)間盡量的運(yùn)用已經(jīng)學(xué)習(xí)的英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行對(duì)話；多看英語(yǔ)畫(huà)報(bào),

多讀英語(yǔ)故事，多看英語(yǔ)書(shū)籍；多與學(xué)生交流，進(jìn)行口語(yǔ)交際訓(xùn)練。

三、工作中要注意的事項(xiàng)

首先，要注意教學(xué)目標(biāo)的整合性。傳統(tǒng)的目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)有重結(jié)論輕過(guò)程、

重認(rèn)知輕情感、重智能變化輕心理體驗(yàn)。新課程強(qiáng)調(diào)知識(shí)與技能、過(guò)程與

方法、情感態(tài)度與價(jià)值觀三個(gè)緯度的有機(jī)結(jié)合。

其次，要注意教學(xué)內(nèi)容的開(kāi)放性。要使英語(yǔ)課由單一轉(zhuǎn)向綜合，由平

面轉(zhuǎn)向立體，由封閉轉(zhuǎn)向開(kāi)放，激發(fā)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)課文的濃厚興趣，拓展了

學(xué)生的視野，加深了對(duì)課文的理解。

第三，要注意教學(xué)方式的互動(dòng)性。要實(shí)現(xiàn)由少民主、不平等、單向傳

輸向師生的和諧、民主、平等、互動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變。師生互教互學(xué)，彼此形成一個(gè)

學(xué)習(xí)的共同體。

第四，要注意教學(xué)過(guò)程的活動(dòng)性。盡可能把過(guò)去由自己包辦的講解、

提問(wèn)轉(zhuǎn)化設(shè)計(jì)成學(xué)生的多種活動(dòng)，不僅讓學(xué)生讀一讀、寫(xiě)一寫(xiě)、說(shuō)一說(shuō)，

而且讓他們畫(huà)一畫(huà)、唱一唱、演一演，做一做……通過(guò)學(xué)生的自主活動(dòng)，

讓學(xué)生掌握知識(shí)，并融會(huì)貫通，爛熟于心

四、教學(xué)內(nèi)容和時(shí)間安排：

教學(xué)內(nèi)容由淺入深、由易到難、循序漸進(jìn)、點(diǎn)面結(jié)合、逐步擴(kuò)展，

循環(huán)往復(fù)、不斷復(fù)現(xiàn)，以加深印象。
