**CommissionContractAgreement**

ThisCommissionContractAgreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[YourCompanyName]("Company"),a[jurisdiction]corporation,and[AgentName]("Agent"),anindividualwithamailingaddressat[Agent'sMailingAddress].

**1.AppointmentofAgent**

TheCompanyappointsAgentasitsexclusiveagentin[Territory]forthesaleof[Products/Services](the"Products")onthetermsandconditionssetforthinthisAgreement.

**2.DutiesofAgent**

AgentshalluseitsbesteffortstopromotethesaleoftheProductsintheTerritoryandshallperformsuchotherdutiesastheCompanymayfromtimetotimerequire.

**3.Commissions**
