-TimelypaytheduecommissionsasperthetermsmentionedinthisAgreement.

-MaintainaccuraterecordsoftransactionsandprovidethemtotheClientuponrequest.

6.Confidentiality:

BothpartiesagreetomaintainstrictconfidentialityregardinganyconfidentialinformationexchangedduringthetermofthisAgreement.ThisclauseshallsurvivetheterminationofthisAgreement.

7.Termination:

EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementatanytimebyprovidingwrittennoticeaspertheNoticePeriodmentionedinSection1.Upontermination,theCompanyshallpayanyduecommissionsuptothedateoftermination.
