教學(xué)反思:

成功之處:1、在教學(xué)過(guò)程中我注重學(xué)生的聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)綜合能力,鼓勵(lì)他們

大膽的說(shuō)并運(yùn)用到實(shí)際中去。創(chuàng)造條件讓學(xué)生能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)他們自己的一些問(wèn)題,并

自主解決。2、鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大聲的朗讀課文并背誦,使自己聽(tīng)得見(jiàn)自己的聲音,漸漸

做到流利,順暢。促進(jìn)學(xué)生互相學(xué)習(xí),互相幫助,體驗(yàn)成就感。3、后進(jìn)生上課

時(shí)注意往往不夠集中,我就將教材化難為易,化多為少,精講多練,課堂上盡量

創(chuàng)造愉快的氛圍。他們由于羞怯心理往往怕開(kāi)口,我盡量將難易適度的問(wèn)題去問(wèn)

他們;叫他們到黑板上寫(xiě)有把握的句子;朗讀事先已讀過(guò)多遍的課文,當(dāng)他們回

答正確時(shí),我總是面常笑容地說(shuō):“ve與good"。這樣,后進(jìn)生的參與意識(shí)大

大地加強(qiáng),消除了畏懼心理。

不足之處:由于教學(xué)內(nèi)容要面向全體學(xué)生,照顧后進(jìn)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況,在時(shí)間的

安排上顯得有點(diǎn)倉(cāng)促,不能有足夠的時(shí)間讓學(xué)生說(shuō)的能力得到充分體現(xiàn)。
