ThedevelopmentofthegreenchemicalprocessLiDanFu10040343classAbstract:withthecontinuousdevelopmentofscienceandtechnologyandeconomy,thegreenchemicalprocesstechnologyisalsoconstantlybypeopleuse.Thisisjustaprobablyofgreening,includingthedevelopmentofgreenchemical,principles,andthesustainabledevelopmentofthecontactandtheproblemsexistinginthedevelopmentof.Keywords:greenchemicalindustrydevelopmenttheprinciplesofsustainabledevelopmentOvertheprogressofhumanmateriallifeisinseparablefromtherapiddevelopmentofchemicalindustryandallwalksoflife,greatlysmallallcontactcloselyrelatedtothedevelopmentofchemicalindustry。Thedevelopmentofchemicalindustry,however,therearealotofdisadvantages--environmentalpollutionproblems.Thisunhealthyindustrialdevelopmentwillharmtotheinterestsofourhumanity,therefore,wemusttakeeffectivemeasurestosolvetheproblemofchemicalpollution,thechemicalindustrydevelopmentandbettertoservehumansociety.Traditionalsolutionstoalleviatechemicalpollutionandcan'tfundamentallyimprovetheenvironmentalpollutionproblems,therefore,weneedtoconstantlysumupexperience,improvethepeopleenvironmentalprotectionconsciousness,strengthentheperfectlawsystem,improvetheproductiontechnologyandequipment,effectivelysolvetheproblemofpollution.Oneofthegreenchemicalindustryenvironmentalprotectionstrategy,andeliminatethepollutionfromtheproductionsource,torealizethechemicalpollutionpreventionandcontrolofthefoundationandanimportanttool,isarevolutionarychemicalindustryscienceandtechnologystrategy,andhassignificantenvironmental,economicandsocialsignificance.1ThebasicmeaningofthegreenchemicalprocessGreenChemistryistheEnglishname:Greenupon,theGreenChemistryisalsoknownas:EnvironmentallyFriendlychemical(EnvironmentallyBenignupon),onthebasisofthedevelopmentofTechnologyhasthefollowingkinds:EnvironmentallyFriendlyTechnology((EnvironmentallyimageTechnology),GreenTechnology(GreenTechnology)orCleanTechnology(CleanTech-nology).Thecoreofthegreenchemicalprocessistousechemicalprinciplefromthesourcetoeliminatechemicalindustrypollutiontotheenvironment,greenchemicalprocessistheidealofthe"atomicEconomy"(AtomEconomy)reaction,thatistosayeveryatomsaretransformedintoproductsofrawmaterials,soastorealizenowasteandby-productsofsociety,andrealizingthezerodischargeofwaste;Atthesametime,nottheuseofpoisonousandharmfulmaterials,catalystsandsolvents,andproductionofenvironmentallyfriendlyproducts.Specialneedthatis:"greenchemistry"andtheconceptof"greenchemistry",using"greenchemistry"istoemphasize"greenchemistry"and"Therelationshipbetweentheworkers".computertechnology,isacleartheneedsofsociety,andthescientificgoalofnewtypeofcrosssubject.Fromthescientificpointofview:itistheupdatinganddevelopmentoftraditionalchemicalwayofthinking;Andiffromanenvironmentalpointofview:itisfromthesourcetoeliminatepollution;If,then,fromtheeconomicpointofview:itisacomprehensiveutilizationofresources,reducetheproductioncost,accordwitheconomicconditions,andaccordwiththerequirementofthesustainabledevelopment,isamajor,advancedtechnologyandscientificresearch.2greenchemicalindustryleadingchemicalprocessdevelopment2.1theatomeconomyAtpresent,thebiggestchallengeofallchemicalindustryisoneofenergysavingandemissionreduction.Peoplethroughconstantreflectionandsummaryofchemistryandtherelationshipbetweentheenvironmentandresources,andadvancessomecountermeasuresfor"atomeconomy"inthenew(1991,Stanforduniversity,adoctorprofessoratomeconomyconcept).Atomeconomyinternationalchemicalreactionisthefrontierfieldofscientificresearch,isthescientificbasisforthesustainabledevelopmentofchemicalindustryinthe21stcentury,itspurposeistoexistingchemicalproductionoftechnicalroutefrom"treatmentafterpollution,first"changeto"eradicatepollutionfromthesource",somoreandmoregettheattentionofgovernments,enterprisesandacademia.Atomiceconomicreactionisoneoftheimportantcontentsofgreenchemistry,hasbecomethefocusofattentioninmodernsyntheticchemistryAmericanizedscholarsputthe"greenchemistry"asoneofthemaindirectionforthedevelopmentofchemicalindustryinthe21stcentury,andtheAmericanpresidentialgreenchemistrychallengeawards"awardedtothelatestachievementsinthefieldofgreenchemistry.2.2greenchemistryGreenchemistry,alsoknownassustainablechemistry,itspositionintheglobalchemicalindustryresearchanddevelopmentmoreandmoreimportant.Chemicalsmanufacturersandhavethepotentialofthemarketbenefitfromthegreenchemicals.Greenchemistryofdrivingforcesincludingthemorestrictenvironmentallawsandregulations,suchastheEuropeanUniontheregistration,evaluation,authorizationandrestrictionofchemicals(REACH)regulations,itaimstostoptheproductionanduseofpotentiallyharmfulsubstances,andforsavingenergyfromrenewablerawmaterialsandproductionoftheproductdemandisgrowing.2.3greenchemicalindustry"Isthemostwidelyrecognizeddefinitionofgreenchemistrytoreduceoreliminatetheriskofsubstanceuseandthedesignofchemicalproductsandprocesses".TheUnitedStatesenvironmentalprotectionagency(EPA)supportthe12principlesofgreenchemistryisinitiallyin1998bythepioneerofgreenchemistryEronearrayuniversitygreenchemistryandgreenengin
