5.LiabilityandIndemnification

b.PartyBshallindemnifyandholdharmlessPartyAagainstanyclaims,losses,ordamagesarisingfromPartyB'smisuseorunauthorizeduseoftheshoppingcards.

6.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

a.ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].
